Bars will open in Phase 3. But there is no timetable in the phases. May 1 starts Phase 1 and each phase has to be at least 2 weeks. So the earliest would be June 2. I'm guessing it will be closer to mid to late June. And that is most of Florida. Ft Lauderdale/Miami will be a couple of weeks later than that since they have not gone into Phase 1 yet.
