Ed. From what I am hearing other Mongers say is this. The border is officially closed. But essential travel is allowed. So if you tell them you are going to the dentist, they will let you into Mexico. If you tell them you are going to Zona Norte to bang hot Mexican Chica's, the will not. Hong Kong is officially closed. BUT Hotel Cascadas is open. And the new bar on the backside of the hotel on the 2nd floor is operating as a speakeasy. The bar is serving drinks and the girls are circulating. No stages, but basically operating as a brothel. FYI. The Health Department is closed. So the girls are not getting tested. So wear protection.

This is a perfect example of thinking about your Headline before you submit it. I saw this headline and was thinking the discussion was an entirely different topic. I see that BBBC chimed in real quick.
But I agree with what was said. I would not give a rats ass what some maintenance guy thought. In fact, I might actually want to flaunt off that 'Yes, I am the guy that is banging this hot chick".

Frankie, the only person that can stop a thread is Founder. After you start them, they have a life of their own and can get off topic.
But what you will realize after being on this board for a while. There actually are a lot of educated, intelligent guys on here. If everyone is telling you the same advice, then you might listen to it. If you want to get a new car every few years, then a lease is going to get you the lowest payment. But in the end, its not the best deal.

When you buy a new car, the biggest cost is that first year depreciation. It's real costly to buy new cars every 2 or 3 years. That is where a lease makes sense. You want to change vehicles every so often, want something new and don't drive a lot. The car will never be yours and your payment goes to someone else. But if you are buying the car for those same terms, then you are making bigger payments and you will never get any equity anyway.
If you are the type of person that keeps a car for a long time, then you are better off buying it because eventually the payment goes away.
I don't buy New cars. I buy CPO ( certified pre owned). Go to the dealership and they will have barely used cars. Someone else got hit with that first year depreciation but it looks like you got a new car. I've done this 4 times now. The dealership will give you the same or maybe even better warranty than a new one. No one knows you dont' have a brand new car expect you. It will save you thousands.

A few years ago, I started seeing this girl ITC. She gave me her phone number and we started to see each other OTC. I knew that she was going to dental hygiene school and was just about finish. Her club got closed down and she didn't want to find a new club. She just wanted to concentrate on finishing her school and get a legitimate job. So I guess I became a sugar daddy before I joined SA. She finished school and got a descent job right away. A bilingual hygienist in south Florida is in high demand. We saw each other for about two years. We got really close and she wanted to move on to the next level. . End the end, I just could not afford to divorce my wife. HALF is a big price. Plus, this girl was 20+ years younger than me. I did not want to go thru little kids again. But she would have said Yes if I would have asked.

Sounds like you drive a lot. Leases have mileage limits. If you go over that limit, you will pay extra. And I have heard it is a LOT extra.
