Growing up, I met a lot of doctors.
Next door neighbor in grade school, turned into my dad's best friend...
Across the street, mom was good friend with his wife.
My best friend in HS, his dad was a doctor.
My nephews GF was explaining to me how she didn't do well enough in school to get into medical school, but is save to go overseas, where it's easier, and you can still be a doctor here!!!
And I worked at a drug company. (in IT). hung out with some now and then at company events...
So, ya, they aren't freaking magical. There's a few idiots amongst them just like everyone else (I remember, working helpdesk, the third time I had to explain copy & paste to one of them... And that guy had this full time assistant who would normally help him copy / paste every fucking day like there wasn't just something wrong with him)
It might not be Joe Rogan, but "the doctor" saying stupid shit. But it sure as shit is Joe going out cherry picking some of the dullest attention whores available to go on his show and present there bullshit.

ah... The information age....
Back in the stone age, the "herd" would be thinned by those who didn't grown enough crops in summer, or couldn't outrun the bear, or whatever....
But here we are in the information age. And quite frankly, I keep hoping sooner or later this damned covo 19 will mutate back towards the 2002 versions and all these people stupid enough to get health information from a comedian can be thinned from the herd.

18th amendment to the US Constitution:
Section 1. After one year from the ratification of this article the manufacture, sale, or transportation of intoxicating liquors within, the importation thereof into, or the exportation thereof from the United States and all the territory subject to the jurisdiction thereof for beverage purposes is hereby prohibited.
Section 2. The Congress and the several States shall have concurrent power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.
Section 3. This article shall be inoperative unless it shall have been ratified as an amendment to the Constitution by the legislatures of the several States, as provided in the Constitution, within seven years from the date of the submission hereof to the States by the Congress.
There's really nothing in the constitution that makes one amendment any more important than any other... So there's no reason other than political will preventing another amendment from doing what the 21st amendment did to the 18th but to the 2nd. So stop hiding behind this as if it is some greater power scribed to stone by some almighty fantasy passed on through 2000 years of history.
And for most of that political willpower, it's just a wedge issue used to divide people.

Sort of, but not really....
18 hour layover in Munich. Last time I was in Germany was 30 years ago... So I pulled 1000 euros from the ATM and headed to the FKK club. No reason get back to the airport with euros left in my pocket....
A few times in Bangkok, usually last night for the trip, something like that. Never just blowing it in a club, but finding someone who's bring along a friend or two (or three).
I don't consider getting a bunch of attention in a club because I'm throwing money at them to be something memorable. Taking turns with the hottest girls in the club in the middle of the club with everyone watching, ya, that's the kinda shit I don't forget (small gogo, lock the door and bob's your uncle...).

Took them long enough to realize who he really was...

It's possible that management would make up reviews mentioning extras... It's a way to drum up business, even it not what the dancers want, especially in jurisdictions where enforcement is currently lax and they are not concerned about that attention.
But far MORE LIKELY that is all true and the lady getting filled with jiz by a bunch of geriatric loosers is trying to deny it so all her friends don't talk shit about her being a cheap whore.

You gotta be extra skeptical of every offer made at Kittens. More so than any other club I've ever been too (well, except that one, in Bangkok, but getting what was promised wasn't the problem there...).
And any women who starts negotiation with a sky high rate, just stop there. She started at the assumption of being me being a rube she could easily scam, she isn't suddenly going to become honest.
