Yeah, I can't bring a strip club T-shirt home with me. Believe it or not though, once my free "gift" for getting dances in a club was a socket wrench set. I still use it.

Great review, shadowcat. Even though I've always lived a considerable distance from Follies, I've been going there with some regularity for more than 20 years now. In that time I have marveled at how some things have changed (much better mileage, day shift got much better than night shift, they swapped out the worthless pool table with more couches for dances, and subdivided the communal VIP room into private cubicles) and others have stayed the same (floor dances have been $10 for as long as I can remember -- pretty remarkable when you think about it). A tip for newbies: Yes, some of the girls keep their bottoms on for the first dance, but as part of the extensive two-way, hands-on nature of the dances, after a minute if they still have them on, I hook my thumbs under the sides of their bottoms and gently start to lower them. I have *never* received any resistance to this and they always finish taking them off. This is Follies, and they all know their panties are going to come off eventually. Atlanta strip-clubbing will suck if and when Follies ever closes. As shadowcat says, don't wait.

Nice review, but I agree, all prices quoted are too high. I was just there last week. Cab is only $5, lady drinks are $9, dances on the floor for $10-15 aren't a thing here (but girls will give you that experience for buying them a $9 drink), tipping the robe guy is only $1, and most girls will give you 30 minutes upstairs for $80.

Yes. I learned that when a girl says, "Do you have a condom?" and you don't, there's no guarantee that anything exciting will happen. If the girl has one, or can get one in the club, that's not a guarantee that she'll have a magnum. Just sayin'.

Obviously, mongers differ in what they need or want in a review -- as well as what their M.O. is in how and where they club. Some have regular clubs they visit again and again because they're tied to a specific location or area. Others, like me, only visit clubs when they travel, which means it's possible they'll only get to visit a given club once. Either way, names of ROBs can be helpful, and I have both given and benefited from having that info. But as others have said, names of HM dancers (or whatever) are not that useful to me in picking a club to visit because they might not be there the one time I get to visit the club or they might not give me the same services they gave someone else. To assume otherwise... well, you know what they say about what happens when you ass/u/me anything. A review is helpful to me if it gives me a general sense of what might be possible at that club in terms of mileage and at what cost. As regular TUSCL readers know, there are some VHM $5 dance clubs (e.g., in Philly, suburban DC, Miami, Atlanta), and other clubs that charge $60 for an air dance (e.g., SF Bay Area). That's a huge difference, and I'd like to know that in advance. Thanks to all the reviewers who understand that and include that info. The rest is on me, and I don't really need names. I have enough experience at this to engage the girls, no matter what they call themselves, and figure out whether the ones I'm attracted to are likely to give me what I want in the context of what is usually allowed at that club. So what's important in a review may vary considerably to each and every one of you. Some of you might *really* need to know where the bathroom is. Well, yes and no, but mostly yes. You should book the room in advance online to make sure you have one reserved, because they do sell out on occasion. You will need to use a real email address to receive your confirmation. (I have never had a problem with that.) No credit card number is needed to hold a room. They will ask you online what time you plan to arrive and if you don't make it within four hours of that time, they may not hold the room for you. There is no penalty if you no-show. To get back to your main question, they apply the discount when you check in. So yes, you buy the card at the desk just inside the HK club's front door and then go right next door and up one flight of stairs to the hotel desk, where they will give you the discount. I do this every time -- including just last week. They will also ask you for a cash deposit in case you raid the mini-fridge. I got a basic room last week for three nights and they wanted a $30 deposit. When I checked out, they radioed up to the sixth floor and had one of the staff check the fridge. It took a couple of extra minutes, but there was no problem getting my deposit back.

Caramel is a shark. She is very hands-on out on the floor (and practically jacked me off OTP in front of everyone when I tipped her at the stage), but she will latch onto you and not let go until you finally pry her off. Mets1986, with the right girl, the VIP dances can be whatever you want them to be. Papi, you can see and feel a girl's bare boobs for a dollar tip (well, maybe two dollars for both boobs, and another dollar to finger her pussy), and for the price of a $9.00 drink you can explore her charms pretty freely in a booth for at least several minutes, more if she likes you. Worth the investment, especially if you can't really tell what you're getting if her outfit is not revealing enough. But believe me, sometimes the outfits leave very little to the imagination. The number of girls seemed a little lighter than usual, but I am not a late-night clubber, so maybe more later. Even so, there were more than enough to go around. The Zona Shuttle is free, but is it public transportation? Well, I guess it is for anyone in the general public who's going to where most of the legal brothels are. @mongo1964, not sure what Jalos is, so can't comment on the rooms there. The rooms above Chicago Club are not deluxe, but are adequate. @Papi_Chulo, I have gotten BBBJs in TJ possibly more often than not. Have never pre-negotiated this. Some of the girls offer it as a come-on when they're trying to sell you on going upstairs. ("Sucky sucky, no condom.") Have never done BBFS there, and won't. Nor will most of the girls, I suspect.

2019 was good for me. Posted 37 reviews for clubs I visited in 8 states, increased my OTC adventures considerably (for me, anyway), and found a reliable and cheap place for FS in a new club in my state -- a state which really has no good clubs (decent extras, let alone FS, are rare, and only one nude club). Just today I finished a six-day west coast strip club jag -- two days in the City of Industry and four (ending tonight) in Tijuana. Actually, it was my second multi-day trip to Tijuana this year. Not bad for a guy who lives on the east coast. Happy New Year, everybody!!

zensitivity, regarding Papi's last comment: "+ don't be surprised if dancers don't approach you - couples often have this issue in many clubs especially at Tootsies - you may have to be proactive and approach dancers you may be interested in..." I know you said your wife is shy, but in my (somewhat limited) experience with this, you may have your best luck by having her ask for dances, not you. When the guy asks, sometimes the dancers wonder if the wife or girlfriend is really down for this or is being dragged into it. In your case, it definitely sounds like this is not the case, but the best way to signal the dancers that this is what the wife wants is to have the wife ask.
