It's not so much by state regulation but more by local enforcement of said regulation. As we all know extras can and are construed as prostitution, and except in certain areas in Nevada, is illegal. Therefore, said activities should not be allowed in almost all strip clubs. That being said, there are certain areas where enforcement by locals are not as stringent and some areas where it is strictly enforced. Local political climate, social acceptance, geographic location, clientele, technology, along with discretion have a lot to do with it. I'm from eastern PA, and a decade ago much was overlooked by local law enforcement (for the most part) as long as you weren't causing problems outside of the club. In recent years, though, the political climate here has changed, and newer mayors, county commissioners, and district attorney's have used going after certain "places of vise" to make it look like they are doing their jobs (I can and have gone over this for hours before about how LE is allocating resources to harass concenting adults instead of actually investigating real crimes such as murder, rape, corruption, and robbery, but that is for anouther time). So all that being said, do your research, and if going into an area you are new to, ask other members for advice on where to go and who to see. Good luck and play safe.

I've seen this once before myself. When I was a married man I never strayed, worked long hours to give her anything and everything she ever wanted, and all it got me was heart ache when she left me for "someone fun" who later couldn't support her long term for the lifestyle she was use to living. She tried to extort me through alimony so she could still party and keep me paying for it, but once that ended she "sang the blues" to everyone, trying to make me feel guilty or something. I can do what or who I want, and don't feel guilty about it. And if I financially am helping out single moms (strippers), all the better! Dumb ass was suppose to be hiding. Lucky for him his mommy could pay for him (again!). Just anouther example of the ultra rich thinking that they are better than every one else.
If you get a chance do some research on him and his family, they have always got away with all sorts of things. He had been in trouble with the law multiple times, and his dad was once arrested for impersonating a cop on multiple occasions, but was always let off with a warning (rumor is that he payed off the judges).

I'm in north eastern PA, and a lot of the places I go are road house type go go bars. I agree this time of year is slow. A lot of the patrons ride motorcycles, and when the weather gets cold they just don't ride and stop by the places for a beer and see some tits. That being said, if they don't turn the heat up at my regular place I'm gonna stop going myself till spring. When a dancer is shaking because she is so cold it's just not attractive.

I have found Sundays day shift to be hit or miss, usually to the extream. From what I have seen and IMO, if the weather has been really shitty throughout the week (I mean no body can get out and almost everything is closed) or there is a major event or family type holidays in the previous week (that the married guys just can't "sneak away for a few hours"), than the following Sunday afternoons are usually pretty good because the girls are "hungry". Other than that, IMO, Sunday's are usually the b-team.

I'm from PA and usually had moe fun in SC's in Ohio & New Jersey. Problem with the rating system here is that if you are use to crappy clubs, if you find a decent one you think that it's wonderful. Granted, there are a couple of decent clubs in PA, but it's nothing like it was 20 years ago around here.

Remember running into one a few years back at a regular night club, she was out with a bunch of her friends and they were TRASHED.
