The crazy thing is that depending where you go in the world religious areas and sex are not always an inverse of each other. Most countries in Europe have a very strong religious influence, and nothing is thought of a woman taking off her top on the beach. Most cities (although not officially sanctioned) have a red light district. Some cultures (such as the French) it is still somewhat common (and socially accepted) to have separate wife and mistress. Outside of the US sex is looked upon as a part of life. Here, though, until the last few decades, even married women were not to talk of sex, and were especially not to openly enjoy having sex.

IMO a lot of the problem is that there are those in power that want freedom, but truthfully only for themselves. Most of them honestly believe that because they have gained a position of power, they know better than those that haven't. Sometimes it's because they think that they have a higher moral calling, but more often it's because they, being in a position of power, want to oppress those under them. Sometimes it's because they want people to look upon them in amazement and wonderment, and often they are the ones we hear about in the latest (corruption, sex, drugs, money laundering, or other) scandal. Other times it's just because they want have the power to tell people how to live. Amazingly, the "sheep" of society are so willing to follow anyone in power that freedom is only a word anymore. The thought of a utopian society is enticing, but if anyone here has read the book 1984 they would realize that not only cannot a utopian society thrive, but people in their deepest soul cannot and will not live like that. Our founding fathers warned us about a ruling class of people, and even faught a war against it, and it's amazing how easily some people are willing to want to be ruled.

Best time I ever had at s SC was December 23, stripper was hungry for cash and club had been sooooo slow, she did just about everything, & for only $50. Love the holiday season.

san_jose_guy, again you are trying to understand strip club mentality without ever have been to one. First thing to understand is that the dancers look down on everyone, especially themselves. But as far as bouncers go, cooked ones usually are looked down at by the dancers (because they see them taking their money) and the incorruptible are usually looked up to because the girls usually see them as protectors. It doesn't matter how much money they make, it's all about attitudes.

Anyone who has clubbed for any time has been there. Sometimes it's hard to differentiate the difference between love and lust. I've actually turned down sure things with civilians because I wanted to head out to the club to see a particular dancer, only to find out she wasn't working that night. But, hey, that's why we're called PL's isn't it!

From what I've seen, most of these looser boyfriends think it's cool that their dating a stripper and tell EVERYONE. That being said, these same guys become some of the biggest assholes if they go into the club and their girl sits with you while their there. I was actually confronted by one once in the parking lot on my way out. seems that they are worse than the dancers, flat out they want your money without any return, "just look, don't touch". That's why IMO boyfriends and husbands of strippers should be banned from the clubs.

Buddy of mine from high school is the head bouncer/asst. manager at a larger SC in New York State. He's been there for probably 20 years or so, and had just about every job there (except dancer of coarse). He has told me that the first few years he worked there it happened all the time, but learned his lessons the hard way. Seams to be that when your nailing the talent it makes it really hard to be their boss, and has almost cost him his job a few times. Also, he says that the normal stripper drama gets really old really quick.

Dancer I use to know once told me that they were encouraged to shave (or keep very shortly trimmed) to prevent catching crabs. Plus, it's more socially the norm today for women (especially younger ones) to either shave or trim. From what I have seen, bush in most strip clubs hampers (not helps) tips, but I sure there are a few out there. Best bet is to visit lower end clubs with newer older ladies.
