  Depends on state and local laws, and how strictly they're enforced. Oregon's Supreme Court ruled a few years back that the state constitution's free expression clause protects even live sex acts on stage.   Probably the hottest two-girl action I ever saw in a regular strip club was 15 years ago in the old Tootsie's location in N. Miami Beach (Ives Dairy Road at Hwy 441).   I haven't seen a Mitchell Brothers Green Door show in years, but 10-15 years ago, if the two girls scheduled were actually friends and attracted to each other, it was full on cunnilingus.   At our favorite SC it's all SOP. Dancers will 69 each other on stage but it's mostly for show to get the crowd going. Not full on sex.   It was actually because of a loop hole in the laws. The anti-sex show laws were from the Victorian Era. They only talked about sex between a man and a woman, which was prohibited.   I have seen the same show as Subraman at MBOT in San Fran during roughly the same timeframe he describes.
