In some ways the whole concept is moot because no one needs to visit clubs. People are just making choices about how they want to spend their efforts. I think if you measured how much time and money compared to results guys on here spend compared to the average guy, it probably is a favorable ratio. I think many guys on here don't want to chase with little guarantee of a return out there in the dating scene. Maybe I don't get it because the truth is I don't take my clubbing that seriously. I only find time to visit a few times a year on average and I have gone years without visiting. I don't ever pay for play and can count one hand the number of dances I have bought in recent memory. Mainly I just enjoy strip clubs more than ordinary bars as a place to drink. So with that disclaimer I was just basically weighing in that guys on this site are probably not as much losers as they think they are compared they are compared to the general public many of whom end up paying but with a lower success rate. I also agree that anyone that truly gets offended by a discussion board term should not be on here.

I would say a large number of dancers are coke-addicts or junkies. In some clubs it might be Meth more often. This is why so many dealers frequent strip clubs. Some try to get free services others are more focused on getting cash. I tend to avoid girls with a well developed habit because they are more likely to try to be shifty or attempt to steal from you.

You could try Dollhouse, it is a bit more laid back than the Dale Mabry clubs from what I remember but haven't been in a while

I think this was started by Tootsies which is owned by a publicly traded corporation, then the other South Florida clubs copied because it is an efficient way to extract a percentage of the dance revenue with minimal effort. Not sure this would fly in other cities but in Miami it seems to be accepted. And you better believe those bitches still ask for a tip lol

If you are offended by it then probably you shouldn't be on here. It is catch all term that is more appropriate to some than others depending on how often you visit, how savvy you are, or if you get ripped off while clubbing. I always thought it accurately represented the mainstream society view of the activities discussed on this site, and seemed like an attempt to turn it into a badge of honor. That is unnecessary in my view because the term would also apply to the huge numbers of "normal" guys out there who chase and spend and don't get any.

I am bullish on Ford right now as I believe they should be lean enough to adapt new approaches as needed. As was true for Fields if it starts to look like Hackett is on his way out as CEO, then short as much you can.

I recommend just enjoying the experience at this bar for what it is. I started clubbing a long time ago off and on. I never really viewed it as anything more than a way to kill time when bored and more interesting place to drink than a normal bar. I discovered this site a few years ago and thought it would be a good way to learn about and check out new clubs since I travel a lot and had mostly just visited local clubs up to that point. I thought it might improve the business travel experience. It has been months since I have set foot in any club and not sure when or if I will ever be back. Maybe the novelty has worn off. Some of the reviewers on here seem to take the clubbing experience too seriously as evidenced by long story telling reviews that provide little useful information and seem to serve no purpose other than stroking their own ego. It seems odd that they could convince themselves that paying for sex is special or new. To each his own, but I just couldn't relate to any of it. As I said visiting clubs was just a form of casual entertainment for me when I was bored. Of course knowledge and experience is helpful especially when visiting new clubs which I think is the primary utility of this site.

It should be also be noted that just because $5 dances are on the menu at this club doesn't mean they are always available. I have heard some dancers will hide in the dressing room after being asked for a dance at the price point lol

I will say that as Inner Room has become more lame, my appreciation for $10 dance clubs has grown. At a $20 dance club you will pay more regardless of what you are buying - beer, dances, or takeout. I expect to be taking a break from clubbing especially at more expensive clubs because it is mainly something I do while traveling and bored
