Most of the renovations are misguided or unnecessary - bathroom, lighting, cameras, stereo system etc ... the smoke filter isn't bad though

I agree not really a fan of really smoky dive bars. Not sure if i will ever get a chance to visit but sounds like a plus for sure

I think you will continue to have success on dayshift. It is the night scene that has fluctuated. The club used to be ranked very high overall on this site, like top 5 at one point, so it has objectively declined. But those who live close really have nothing to lose at the current prices. I might visit next year.

I think this club used to be called Rolexx or something? A friend of mine went here for a bachelor party back in the day. The expression on his face when he mentioned it said it all. Like don't ask me about the details when other people are around and might overhear ... good times lol

Another good review. I am sure this club is nice compared a lot of clubs, and I am glad people are enjoying it. To me its seems big city expensive in a small town. I think most of the clubs customers are tourists or travelers. Most locals don't want to inflate the price of pussy in Brevard.

Yes I agree the new Inner Room is not better. I was referring to the period from 2000-2010 that had good quality dancers and high mileage. The point is that better dancers can't be a bad thing if mileage does not drop too far.

The utility of this club hinges on $5 dances the same way Inner Room does on $10 dances, will check it out again in a few weeks when I am in Texas

Yes, they announced the acquisition a few weeks ago on Dow Jones. I am hoping this visit was a fluke. Had no idea about Urban Beach Week, but explains the different crowd for sure, a lot of what I saw was just unnecessary

The Inner Room is still a decent bar, just not a good strip club at the present time. Have no fear older retirees will still be able to order takeout in the middle of the day, but it is not by accident that the club has fallen from an overall top ranked club to not ranked at all in short order. Since it is still decent as a neighborhood bar, I will be back from time to time unless they raise prices. Then it isn't worth it anymore for many of us locals.

Hard to say at this point, VIP seating for sure I would say, I did hear from a few sources that there would be a private dance area, not sure where they would build it, those same sources were expecting $20 dances and I do think that will happen regardless

Got clarification that it is going to be a VIP area actually near the main stage where the tables are bolted down. So with that doesn't sound like anyone will really like it that much

I think you are right that the new owner might try to raise the prices, but it may not work because it is not near the part of Cocoa Beach that gets heavy tourist traffic. The mass market in this area won't support $20 dances so in that case it would be strictly a tourist club. I am not sure the club will ever come back, but it was fun while it lasted,

"Glamming up" is fine with me as long as they don't raise the prices. This really isn't a $20 dance town. I am reminded of the Brazilian steakhouse that couldn't even stay open at much lower prices than Orlando. The question is does management really want to restore the club or just make a quick buck. Time will tell of course. When I have a chance to visit I will review.

I don't think he would have sold the club if he wasn't seeing income go down and the club decline. This used to be one of the best clubs in the country not that long ago. There were nights I had there back then that would rival anywhere. That deterioration is my main disappointment with this club, and I am hard on them because of it. I'll check it out at some point to see if the new owner does better.
