This bill would kill clubs in Michigan. The dancer fee is an absurd $ grab and an obvious disincentive to dance here. If this happened Windsor Ontario would once again rise from the ashes and be great again as dancers, customers and $$$ leave the US and this state.
What a dumbass bill that could only appeal to naive "do gooders".

Define problem.
Proper bankroll management for gambling is a fairly established science. i.e. if have X bankroll $ how much should I risk gambling Y due to the variance of losing. Most people are not disciplined about it or just sloppy but long term pros use it which is how they survive the long haul.
From my perspective its really only a "problem" if it is negatively affecting other parts of your life. This can be spending too much time doing it or coming up short on life funds. Short on life funds means you are either not using proper bankroll management or have been very very unlucky and need to take a long break to reload (or quit).

Is this like the opposite of being out with a hot girl and your attractiveness goes up with other girls who want some of you too? In your case customer sees guy who has a lock on an attractive girl and ignores another attractive girl because, well she must be worth being with. So, he wants her too.
