Careful with the paradox of a choice, find a good one and stick to her !
Admitting you’ve never been to a strip-club (or saying it’s ur first time in a particular strip club) is like going to a car-dealer and telling the sales-person u don’t know anything about cars; it’s an easy-way to get ripped-off. w.r.t. over-counting songs/dances, it happens in many clubs – as a custy in a strip-club u have to look after yourself b/c the girls are looking out after themselve$ - to avoid being over-counted either: 1) tell the dancer upfront to let u know every time she starts a new-song or 2) use the stopwatch on ur cellphone to keep track of songs – songs avg about 3.5 minutes so if u get dances for let’s say 10-minutes then ur can be pretty sure u did 3-songs If u don’t learn how to push-back then expect to keep getting ripped-off even if it’s not a Cuban-dancer (dancers over-count b/c too many custies don’t push back and just pay up; it’s like taking candy from a baby and the ROB dancers know this and why they keep on doing it).

    Hit and Miss
There’s no difference b/w the $25 dance and the “4-for-$100”; they are both in the “VIP room” – so no reason to do 4-for-$100 since it’s the same dance in the same-room – floor/table dances are $10 but seems not many dancers do the $10 floor/table dances these days – so one is kinda getting ripped-off agreeing to 4-for-$100 b/c there is no upside to it; actually only downside b/c one ends up w/ the situation u ended up in of not being happy w/ the dances but being stuck having agreed to 4-dances upfront for no good-reason – actually it’s always been 5-for-$100 but seems the girls are colluding by not informing custies the multi-dance special is actually 5-for-$100; so u have clueless-custies agreeing to multiple-songs for no-reason and not saving any $$$ and if anything losing out by needlessly agreeing to 4-for-$100. Best thing to do is agree to one-dance and if u like the dancer then subsequently ask her for the 5-for-$100 special (if u wanna do that many dances).

Ever wish you saw dancers in a different environment?
If "different environment" means a higher-mileage-club; yeah I guess although I don't recall that thought going thru my mind in the past since it's unlikely I'd be in a low-mileage-club to begin with - but the "different environment" thing may be a bit of wishful thinking b/c perhaps there's a high likelihood a dancer like that would not work in a higher-mileage-club to begin with.

    Overpriced Private Dances
I don't pay more than the club price - IME more often than not dancers that overcharge tend to also under-deliver (give subpar dances) - $40 is already too-expensive for what is often a 3-or-so-minute dance - at $40/dance I become extremely-picky w.r.t. who I may get a dance from if I get any at all. It'd be interesting to know the house-fees these dancers pay the club (other than the $5/dance club-fee) that would justify those high-dance-prices.

OT: Americans Now Need A Six-Figure Salary To Afford A Median-Priced Home
Dancers typically have more flexible-schedules so perhaps they can afford to live further out from the city-center where it may be cheaper (assuming they have a car for transportation). When I lived in Dallas I knew dancers that lived in smaller towns farther away where it was supa-cheap (at least back then) - I knew some dancers that would even drive-down from OKC and stay (in friend's houses) and dance the weekends.

"Crypto Company BlockFi Files For Bankruptcy After FTX Collapse" Cryptocurrency lender BlockFi filed for bankruptcy on Monday as a liquidity crisis continues to upend the nascent digital asset sector. Despite measures taken to protect the company from fallout related to defunct cryptocurrency exchange FTX, which was expected to acquire BlockFi, executives announced efforts to “consummate a comprehensive restructuring transaction that maximizes value” for stakeholders. “From inception, BlockFi has worked to positively shape the cryptocurrency industry and advance the sector,” Berkeley Research Group Managing Director Mark Renzi, a financial adviser to the company, said in a press release. “BlockFi looks forward to a transparent process that achieves the best outcome for all clients and other stakeholders.” BlockFi, which presently has $256.9 million on hand, has frozen the use of its platform. The company listed an outstanding $275 million loan to FTX.US in a bankruptcy filing, according to a report from CNBC. The company “expects that recoveries from FTX will be delayed” as fallout in the cryptocurrency sector continues. The House Financial Services Committee is preparing to hold hearings regarding the collapse of FTX, which is based in the Bahamas, as the Justice Department and the Securities and Exchange Commission continue their own investigations. Regulators are renewing calls for enhanced federal oversight of the industry. Earlier this year, cryptocurrency companies Voyager and Celsius declared bankruptcy. Lawmakers recently increased their skepticism of SoFi, a company which operates both a bank holding company and a cryptocurrency exchange, while other cryptocurrency firms such as Genesis have indicated the looming possibility of bankruptcy. Genesis is owned by Digital Currency Group, which also holds investments in popular exchange platform Coinbase and several dozen other cryptocurrency ventures, according to a report from Axios. Genesis ceased withdrawals and new loan activity last week. https://www.dailywire.com/news/crypto-company-blockfi-files-for-bankruptcy-after-ftx-collapse

How has TUSCL changed stripping ?
“… The widespread adoption of GPS and the addition of mapping features in TUSCL have since made finding clubs even easier …” Oh yes – GPS was a godsend – certain clubs are in industrial-areas or o/w hard-to-find especially at night – pre-GPS sometimes one would have to give up on a club b/c one couldn’t find it; or one would have to do a dry-run in the daylight to make sure one could find it when they visited at night – and of course; GPS feels indispensable when in a different/unknown city – I would’ve had a hell of a tough-time finding clubs in ATL when I visited there pre-Covid especially since I usually visited multiple clubs in one trip that were pretty-spread-out over metro-Atlanta.

    Golden Age of TUSCL
For the most part I think TUSCL has gotten better w/ time both due to more/better amount-of-content; and refinements @Founder has done to the website – yeah there may be a bit too-much flaming on the board, and IMO @Founder can do so more tweaks to the site, but I think it’s gotten better overall w/ time.

    Here we go again
how soon after a visit should review be posted?
I'd say at most 3-months "on average" - as was mentioned above if it's a club that doesn't get a lot of reviews then one can give more slack in terms of timing and quality of the review - if it's a club that is reviewed frequently and w/ good reviews, then probably less-slack in terms of tardiness and quality. if it's a good/well-written 3-month-old review of a well-reviewed reviewed club I'd probably approve it - if it's a so-so 3-month-old review of a well-reviewed club then I may be more apt to decline-it - if it's a so-so/ok 3-month-old review of a club not reviewed much I'll likely approve it.

When I went to college I'd say 90% of my learning I did on my own (via books etc) - most "professors" sucked - even the ones that knew their stuff didn't know how to teach nor seemed to care-about/want/like teaching - I feel I mostly paid for a piece-of-paper. I think with the internet today it may be possible to better-learn and/or have access to better instructors.

A girl asking who else I played around with
I’ve had this happen on occasion over-the-years, but def not a common-thing. As has been posted in the past, dancers in clubs sometimes form cliques; or there is drama among some of them – so this can be part of it – also, some girls may be worried if a regular-of-hers is getting w/ a dancer(s) that may have an extra-bad-rep in the club in terms of her sexual-activities and perhaps the dancer asking may be concerned for herself. Everyone subconsciously knows, or learns, that strip-clubs are to be treated as a “hear-no-evil see-no-evil” environments; but some dancers get extra-comfortable w/ regulars to where they feel they can do/say things they normally wouldn’t with a random-custy – also, at the end-of-the-day, one is dealing w/ women whom often don’t think/feel like the avg guy (not to mention they are in a different perhaps at times vulnerable situation being the service-provider).

How has TUSCL changed stripping ?
w.r.t. how much it’s changed strip-clubs; kinda hard to say – perhaps it’s changed recently; but over-the-years most dancers at clubs seemed clueless about the existence of TUSCL (or any particular strip-club-related site) – and as others have mentioned, seems TUSCLers are a small-niche of the SC-cuties (again maybe this has changed in recent years?) – there are also other variables such as local-ordinances that have the biggest effect on how SCs operate. Again – hard to quantify how much of an impact TUSCL has had but I assume it’s a small impact at most except maybe in some specific cases of a particular club that happens to be popular w/ TUSCLers and that somehow served to tilt the club towards TUSCL-type mileage/expectations – but again I think it’s often other factors (ownership; management; loosened/less-enforced local-ordinances; etc) – as well as clubs that have gotten a Cubana-invasion where in many cases the Cubanas have made mileage higher to much-higher. On a personal PL-level; I def became a more hardcore SCer after I joined TUSCL and my PL-eyes were more-opened to the possibilities – also good-chance Follies would have never gotten-on-my-radar if it wasn’t for TUSCL and more specifically b/c of @shadowcat (as well as good-chance other out-of-area clubs that I’ve enjoyed would have not gotten on my radar if it wasn’t for TUSCL - e.g. the old “Inner Room” in Cocoa Beach etc etc). TUSCL has been a great help in finding clubs *I* like; but also helping me not waste time and $$$ over and over again in clubs that were not a good fit – if it wasn’t for TUSCL I doubt I would have clubbed as much as I did in the last-few-years and bit-higher-chance I may have given up the hobby earlier b/c lack-of-info may have led to “the juice not being worth the squeeze” (i.e. many guys have given up early-on b/c they’ve hit shitty or poor ROI clubs; etc).

    Short staffed? No, just trash!
I started hitting Atl and Blaze from-out-of-town back in 2014 – but it did feel to me that the club started taking a dip towards the latter part of the 2010s (almost all my Blaze visits were on dayshift since I was mostly a dayshift SCer, and at night they would charge too-much for parking and cover). My fave part about Blaze was that (at least back-then) it usually had a lot of dancers on dayshift particularly in the late-afternoon which is when I mostly visited. My last Blaze visit was pre-Covid circa October 2019 – it was probably the first time I left Blaze w/o feeling I got at least some good-dances from at least a couple of dancers – in my last visit I didn’t find many dancers to my liking (hardly any thick girls) – on that visit I only got with one girl which is rare for me being a variety-guy – and the only reason I got with that one-only girl in my last-visit was b/c she was kinda-pushy and I thought I’d give her a try thinking she may put in a good-effort on the dances given how desperate it seemed she wanted to sell for dances – she was not my type (skinny with not much tits or ass) but since I’d been there for about 45--minutes and hadn’t gotten any dances (rare for me) I thought “what the hell” – this chick turned-out to be the stripper-from-hell and tried to overcharge me and even tried to get a bouncer to throw me out of the club for not paying her overcharge (paid her what I owed her but she wanted way more) – it got heated and eventually another bouncer and the manager came over – they took her to the side and she started getting into it with them and then I saw them walking all together towards the club’s office – at that point I’d had enough and called it a visit but it was by far the worst Blaze visit I’d ever had (and the mood in the club just seemed off that day with girls arguing w/ each other etc) – all this to say that perhaps what you experienced may be the way Blaze is trending given my last visit there in late-2019 (perhaps Blaze is in part living off its past reputation). w.r.t. mileage – it’s always been hit-or-miss here for me – this club is the reason I had to institute a “dancer interview” b/f getting dances b/c being a variety-guy in the past I’d agree to dances from many different dancers and half them were turning out to be air-dances or “I don’ like being touched dances” – thus after a couple of Blaze visits I started instituting the “pre-dance interview” – if a dancer asked me for dances I’d first ask: 1) do you grind? 2) do you mind your boobs being touched? If I didn’t get a “yes” to both then I’d pass and this helped me stop wasting my $$$ and time w/ dancers that gave dances I didn’t like. P.S. A lot of ATL clubs are air-dance-clubs so many of the girls are kinda used to that and expect the same thing in contact-clubs like Blaze

Not your typical Vegas spot, but no complaints
"... Agreed to the $100 for 4 dances in the back ..." Dances are $25/song; so no point in agreeing to 4 dances upfront in case one ends up w/ a dud or a dancer one doesn't like or one just wants to move-on after 2-songs and try other girls (the 4-for-$100 is not some kinda club mandated pricing or anything). And has been mentioned; in the past it was either $25/song or 5-for-$100 although per recent-reviews it seems many of the girls are not honoring the 5 this but as was mentioned above if a custy states the special decent chance of getting it since the dancer-competition here is pretty-fierce).

There's a difference b/w a tip-parade and “abusing a tip-parade”. The tip-parade “should” be for when a dancer that was on stage gets off and does the rounds – but in some clubs the dancers abuse the tip-parade and circle the club CONSTANTLY asking for tips – in clubs like this the dancers keep doing it b/c although many custies don’t like-i and complain (in reviews), many of these custies still reach into their pockets every 15-seconds and give the dancers $$$ - so in a way the custies are the ones perpetuating the behavior. There’s a few Latina-clubs downhere in Miami that are notorious for over-the-top tip-parades where the same girls circle the club all-night-long asking for tips even if they haven’t been on-stage – if a club has a tip-parade I’ll “try to work with it” meaning if it’s the dancers that just got off-stage circling for tips – but if I’m getting approached 4 or 5 times during a song; or if I pay attention and notice the girls asking for tips are not the ones that just got off-stage; I stop tipping (except the ones that I like). The dancers abuse the tip-parade b/c the avg custy is either clueless or feels pressured so the dancers take advantage – when I hit a tip-parade-club I’ll tip a bit at first; but once I notice it’s more of a scam (vs just the girl that got off-stage) I stop tipping (I just say "no-thanks I'm good" and 99% of the time they just move-on b/c they know they’re running a racket) – in clubs where I mostly-stop tipping the abusive tip-parade, the dancers will still give me dances and take my $$$ for that (i.e. unlikely one will get blackballed and not be able to get dances b/c one is not bending-the-knee to the tip-parade).

    Customer Appreciation Holiday Party
Baby Dolls Dallas, at least pre-Covid (not sure if they still do but I think they do), had “customer appreciation day” I think the 3rd-Thursday of every month – not sure what it included but I once unsuspectedly hit the club on a late-afternoon around 5pm on a customer appreciation Thursday and the club was PACKED – this was in the late-2000s when I was living in Dallas – I didn’t club as much then and rarely on dayshift – in the 10-years I lived in Dallas from 2000 to ~2010 I went to Baby Dolls only a handful of times on dayshift and although it wasn’t dead it was usually fairly-slow (this was pre the Cubana-invasion which started circa 2015 I think) – anyway for w/e reason I happened to do a rare post-work visit and the club was packed like it was a Saturday night – after a while I asked one of the dancers why it was so packed and that is when she filled-me-in that it was customer-appreciation-Thursday – AFAIK there wasn’t a cover on dayshift back-then even on customer-appreciation-day – IDK what perks they offered but I assume it was either open-bar or heavily-discounted drinks but the club felt more like a regular-bar w/ custies that were there mainly for the perks vs for strip-clubbing – it was just too-damn-crowded to have a good-time and I left shortly after arriving. It seems many of these customer appreciation events often attract free-loaders taking-up-space and diminishing the strip-club-experience for those that are there to strip-club vs being there to get free shit.

    Breaking Loose from CF
90% of this, if not more, is on you. As I often post, strip-clubs are bizarro-world and often operate differently than the real-world – as a strip-club-custy one needs to know how to say “no” and be comfortable saying-it – some of these girls will get away w/ as much as the custy lets them get away with and if you don’t set the boundaries they’ll set them for you, o/w take you for a dweeb they can control/manipulate. Also – as a custy if you don’t set boundaries, this will often cause drama among the girls – some of these girls get territorial (some custies as well) - if there are other dancers you wanna get with but don’t, or think you can’t, b/c of the regular-dancer you get with, then that is on you (the girl is just looking out for her best intere$t) - also it's kinda an "unwritten rule" that dancers will not mess-with/approach custies that are known to be the regular of 'X' dancer; so it's up to you to overcome that unwritten-rule b/c o/w this will cause drama in the club among-the-dancers. If this is an issue, then you need to come up with a plan ahead of time b/f you get to the club of how to handle this vs trying to do so on the spot if you’re uncomfortable doing-it – my go-to is to tell them something like “I don’t’ like getting dances w/ the same girls every time I come to the club”; or something like that – dancers know that most custies like to “play the field” but some dancers will try to put the custy on the spot or prevent him from doing so b/c it affects her bottom-line. The more you let this go-on the worse it usually gets – some PLs are so afraid of “offending a dancer they know” that they opt for avoiding a club they like and hit other clubs.

    Examples of stripper TMI
There are all kinds of custies; some seem to enjoy the crazy-shit, drama, and crazy-lives many of these girls lead. When I hit the club I don’t wanna hear about anyone’s problems/drama; I’m there to have a good-time and be entertained – if a dancer starts w/ her drama that is usually a boner-killer for me and I’m less inclined to spend $$$ on her b/c that is not what I’m there for – I try to not get into personal-stuff or ask personal-stuff b/c it can lead to her “opening up” w/ all her issues which I often find sad and/or depressing. A couple of years ago I was sorta hanging w/ a dancer I had gotten with in past visits but my no means was I a regular of hers – anyway she was pretty-easy-going – I had gotten dances w/ her on this visit and I usually move-on to another dancer after I’ve gotten my dances w/ a dancer vs hanging w/ her afterwards; but this particular dancer came to hang w/ me a while after I had gotten dances w/ her (this club was a dive and not necessarily known for big-spenders particularly at night) – by the time she had come back to where I was sitting she’d had a few drinks in her – we are talking then all of a sudden she gets misty-eyed and tells me how her 18 y/o brother may be going away to prison for a long-time for having shot somebody – yeah I felt for her and her body-language made it seem like she was being honest about the situation; but damn, not what I wanna hear when I’m hitting a club and why I avoid getting too-personal and usually keep convos generic.
