Ummmmmm..I really do have to think before I write on this one. How small are we talking about or how big are we talking about? Too big would be uncomfortable for me. Too small and maybe I wouldn't be satisfied. If I loved someone though I could overlook alot of penile issues. A one inch dick and it might bother me. I'm not going to cross someone off the dating list for a less than perfect dick though

@sunflower- I've worked in FL once and it was in the north Miami area. I did alot of research before I went there. Research all the clubs in the area of your choice. Go to them and sit for awhile and if you feel comfortable enough, ask for a manager and inquire about working there. Ask about shifts they offer. Alot of the larger clubs won't let you have your first choice in shifts, especially if you are new. They make you audition and then assign you a shift. Ask the manager about the audition process and ask him or her what might help you get hired. You may not even have to audition. Do not do anything sexual with a manager. Most are professional but you get the occasional sleaze everywhere you go.
Afterward you get hired, don't get sucked in to some of the crap the girls are into. Drugs, alcohol, screwing managers, etc. You'll go into stripping focused to make money and take care of yourself and six months later you'll have yourself locked in one of the bathroom stalls in the locker room, you'll be sitting on the cold tile with your hands shaking wondering what happened to you and your mojo. Just say no to drugs.
Last thing ill bring up in this post is confidence. You will get rejected. Who cares. Keep on going. If someone doesn't hire you, try someplace else. Don't get down on yourself

What state are you in? That matters in the audition process. Some places have you audition and other places just give you a job immediately and let you sink or swim. If you are height / weight proportionate and are a seven, you may not have a problem getting hired. Keep in mind that I've seen girls that are carrying around extra weight drop it and look amazing within three months of dancing because the job is great exercise. How much belly fat are we talking about? You may need to choose an outfit wisely. This isn't a deal breaker though considering where you want to work. Not all places have the same criteria. Having nice nails and a spray tan help considerably when you have to audition. Spray tans can help cover imperfections. I'd need more info on where you are located and where you wanted to dance before I could give any more advice

I very much like the money comments. Its really true. I enjoy dancing very much but I prefer not to get turned on during lap dances although I will fake it. Since I have to dance for numerous people in a night I need to keep the same excitement for all of them and the same energy. Getting turned on or orgasming is a drain on mental and physical energy that I can't afford to lose. It doesn't mean I don't enjoy dancing with you, just that I need to have some secret boundaries I set for myself

Ranukam- it doesn't matter how old you are or what kind of guy you are. She's a dancer. You are a strip club customer. You want to have sex with her. You don't want her to think differently of you or tell a manager. You've known her for three years so she probably would have had a clue by now if sex was in the menu. I'm afraid you may have to take the long route home on this one. You really should take my first comment advice.
Btw, don't be so afraid of being THAT kind of guy who pays girls. It doesn't mean you're not a real man. Its just a fear you have of looking like a PL. Rest assured, if you want something from a dancer, money helps your cause.

Assuming money is no factor I'd say smell is number one. Clean clothes is number two. Those are really the only thing. Looks don't matter as far as customers go but the fresh smell of someones washed clothes is a turn on

I agree with farmerart.
$100 bucks a night and I'd quit. I'm not showing my body, which I think very highly of, for $100. Its not worth it. Also consider the cost of living in my area, Seattle, is extremely high.
You get out of stripping what you put in. You want to fuck around all shift, do drugs, not take care of your body, go from seat to seat "wanna dance", then I don't know what to tell you. It's not me though
