Sorry, but as an IT consultant, I can tell you that is pretty far fetched. Sure you can get something like that, but it'll probably cost you more than several champagne room sessions to get a 15 mile range established.

Some girls can pull it off. But honestly, most can't. At the end of the day if a girl is truly beautiful I don't give a shit about something like this, but if an otherwise average (or below average) girl is trying out a 'risky' look, it's not going to work out too well for her IMO.

'making it rain' on stage is generally pretty useless anyway, it's not actually going to do much for you.
I still get dances, but it all depends on the mindset I am going to the club with. If I want OTC, I can achieve that in many clubs without giving the girl much money (if at all) inside the actual venue.

Yeah, I've seen equipment like this before. Some of it is pretty inconspicuous, but in most cases if a girl gets their hands on them and notices, you're busted.
I'm not really entirely sure why some people are so deadset on taking pictures or recording movies in a strip club anyway. The only reason I could see it is if they wanted to blackmail a dancer working there to her friends (who may not know that she works at a strip club). But apart from that, with the abundance of free porn on the web, why not just watch that instead of a shitty strip club recording?

Being rather young myself, I don't usually go for girls who aren't somewhere in their 20's. I'd even be fine with a girl who is 18, provided she was mature, which is pretty rare these days. Recently my favorite girl in a club was actually 33 years old, and I had a great conversation with her. It's not what I usually go for, but occasionally it's nice to spend time with a more mature stripper. Maturity doesn't always correlate with age, but in my experience the younger ones (especially low 20's) tend to have a greater chance of being complete airheads.

Highest I ever had to pay for lap dances was Blush in Pittsburgh, which was $30 a song, or "3 for $79"
Lowest I've ever had in the US was $20 a song. Although I'd love to make it over to some of the $5-10 lap dance clubs.

Dang bro, it's a harsh way to learn the lesson, but at the end of the day that's how it works. Usually the *more* money you spend in the club the *LESS* likely it is the girl will see you as someone they'd actually date OTC. You are in the customer 'zone' of sorts at that point. Don't spend money in VIP rooms in hopes of something happening outside. Only spend money in VIP rooms for stuff that actually happens in those rooms, so you can walk away happy regardless of whether there is OTC or not.

Whether or not this is a legitimate strategy, I'm not completely sure of, but I like to hold my cards. Well, now that I've gotten some feedback. In this particular situation the dancer was extremely desperate, I was the only guy she even made any from that night (and many of the dancers in the club seemed to have made little to no money, it was quite dead). I did two normal lap dances prior (which I tipped about 15% for), and then did the room for $120, which I tipped $25 on. I'd normally give more for a BBBJ, but the girl didn't seem to give a shit, and since I was just visiting the area - I'll probably not see her again.

I went to Tijuana just to check out the club scene, but then again I was already in San Diego for business, so it wasn't too out of my way to venture down.
I wouldn't necessarily visit somewhere far just for the clubs but if it happened to be convenient I wouldn't mind traveling a bit (up to 1-2 hours) to reach somewhere.
