Back in the early 90s, my older brother by 3 years had a coworker (guy was in his 40s) that would fly down to Costa Rica a couple of times a year as he had a bevy of ladies there that were looking to hook up w/ U.S. citizens either in hopes of marrying one and thus a better life in the U.S. or at least for the guy to provide for them while he was down there, etc. Guy said he would get treated like a king by the women when he went down there.
I love foreign women – to me personally, they often seem more feminine and traditional – just my personal take (except if they get to the U.S. and then become “Americanizedâ€).

I met a woman in Mexico. Wound up marrying her. Divorced her after 27 years. Now almost 10 years after our divorce, she has served me with contempt of court charges over our final divorce decree. Ask me if I would do it again?

Yeah, careful marrying this women, but they can be some of the most passionate lovers in bed. Costa Rica is a good place.
I really like Colombians. They have it all IMO – pretty faces; great bods (curves, booty); and pretty down to earth and easy going personality – they are also very traditional and usually very loyal to their man.

I have talked to a lot of foreign girls in the clubs over the years. One thing I hear a lot of the time is how they married a G.I. overseas, came to America, wound up in divorce, and then started stripping because of poor English and lack of any other skills. A lot of Filipinos.

I could have met her and not even know it or know that she was Colombian. As you know, black dancers are the ones I “specialize†in and lust for :).

I wasn't doing some research on Dominican Republic "adult" resorts like Blackbeards and others. I can't remember which place it was for, one that has bikini contests regularly. There are hot women in pretty much every country. But the poorer the country, the more people who don't have the chance to eat decent food and stay reasonably healthy. Sickly is not sexy.
In the US you can expect an escort or a stripper to end up with at least 2/3 of what you spend on them. I don't think you can count on that in third world countries.
Implants are certainly overpriced in the US, but it's the other extreme in Latin countries. The girls run the risk of having their looks ruined for life, being disabled or dying.
