You know what I've also noticed that I take the ATM charge fee at the moment but later on I also always receive another $2-3 dollar charge to my card for the ATM later on.. so it's always atleast $10 or more.
I would advise not to use a credit card somewhere where they try and gouge you with charges left and right, common sense tells us that this is a bad idea though some still do it. Also most places or ATM's will add the address on your statement so anyone with half a brain could see you were at a strip club.

This is why I also tend to leave the clubs I visit sometime after 1am at the latest, It never gets better in my experience (shorter songs to "try and help" the girls) and that's when all the drama starts.
