Thursday night all the way. You get that end-of-the-week unwinding vibe, you can be tired the next day at work without it mattering too much, and best of all, you're not fighting a big crowd and can get that individual attention in the club from the same girl(s) who are there on Friday/Saturday nights.

That's cool, looneylarry, she was always my fave. Too bad she retired many years ago.

I'm currently at about 30. Out of those 30, I've done repeat business at maybe 3 or 4.

Just show her/them your big hard cock, that should solve the stereotyping issue.

For D.C., wouldn't recommend any clubs in D.C. proper, since there aren't any LDs in D.C. . . also, I'm excluding Baltimore-area clubs since they're a bit far from D.C. . .
That being said, CLUB FUEGO is a great MD club that is minutes from D.C. It has a little of everything: a nice, spacious stage where you can tip dollars to the fully-nude dancers; an area surrounding the stage where you can get chair dances for $10/song; and a VIP area in the back where you can get $30/song fully-nude dances (once you pay a $20 VIP entry fee). Club's cover is $20. And FYI, no alcohol is served, but you can BYOB. Ladies are mostly ethnic (Hispanic and Black), if that's your thing, and pretty damn fine.

GoVikings - I've visited the Paper Moon you're talking about (in Richmond), and felt the same way about the $60 dance. It IS too much for what you're getting, even though the girl who danced with/on me was pretty gorgeous (and had an intriguing personality, to boot). The night I went, it was a 2-for-1 at $60, and I still felt it was high. There was also no privacy whatsoever in the "VIP" area. The club in general struck me as over-priced; they're trying to be all "Vegas-y" in Virginia, which is kind of a joke.
Steve229 is right: Get thee to Maryland if you want more skin with far better value, and far less boundaries. Some of the Maryland clubs can be pleasant surprises. You should definitely check out The Block in Baltimore at least once (just for the experience), and then maybe settle into one of the MD clubs closer to Northern Virginia/D.C., such as Fuego or Showcase Theatre. A word of caution, though: once you hit these places, you'll probably never want to go back to a VA club (since you'll realize how truly lame they are).

Shame that you have to go through this crap. You must get tired of it. As a white dude who goes to a lot of black clubs (i.e. your inverse), I get sick of the snickers and somewhat strange looks when I walk through the door, but that's usually the worst that I get. Sounds like it's a lot tougher on your end.

Loaded question, skibum. You might get a funny look or two, but if you can stomach that, you should be okay. It's not an issue as in you're gonna get jacked. Nothing like that will happen. It's basically all in your head - do you feel secure enough as a white dude to enter a place where you might be the only white face? If the answer is yes, you'll be fine.

Nice job, I can tell your intel is reliable based on the # of these spots I've visited. And I second your strong endorsement of Fuego. Still have a few of these left to check out myself.

Anyone see "Fear City," about a serial killer who's targeting strippers? It's got Tom Berenger and Melanie Griffith (as a stripper). Decent little pulp flick from the 80s.

I recently thought I had found a "home base" when I visited a club for two consecutive times over the course of two months (a first for me), but on the second visit found the experience slipping into "routine" and have since been reminded that half of the intoxication of the SC experience (for me) is the sense of walking into a place as a stranger, not being familiar with the layout, the drive there, the ladies that I'll meet, the degree of fun they'll offer, etc., etc. It's nice to have "go-to" places, but I plan to keep venturing out since that seems to be an integral part of the thrill for me.
