How, since you want to disdcuss statistics, the UK statistics are inflated as a result of the league they are in. Historically the SEC has not been the powerhouse league in basketball.
The PAC 10 and UCLA have much better stats and traditionally play tougher schedules.
Although UK does well in its league, UCLA has been to the Final Four 18 times versus 13 for UK and they have won it 4 more times. Duke and NC have also gone to the Final Four more often than UK.
Back to the PAC 10 vs SEC, UCLA, Stanford and USC have the most NCAA championships for all sports. In 2008-9, the PAC 10 had 11 championships and the SEC only 4.

The stats just don't support the premise that the SEC rules football. And the basketball team with the most NCAA championships (11) is UCLA from the PAC 10.

One distinction between ind contractor and employee is who is in control of the hours. Technically, any employer can not force hours on an independent contractor.
As far as reporting wages, employers are required to verify ID of all employees by 2 approved forms if ID, and report to their state new hires (at least for most states that I know of). ID does not need to be verified for ind contractors.

Over the years I am sure I have had late 30's early 40's. As long as they are hot, if they don't look too old I don't mind, I just don't ask their age. My oldest regular was 36.

Judging by the abundance of strip clubs, extramarital affairs, unwed mothers and high divorce rate, it may be argued that the % of adults with "perverted" qualities exceeds those without. If so, then the greater society is perverted, and it is in the majority and its rules would be the norm.

It appears the availability of FS ITC is a regional thing. In TX clubs it very available. However, when I visit clubs in AZ and CA it is not.
