PH Detroit might be done forJust what Detroit needs: more abandoned buildings and a shrinking tax base.
I hope that some of these clubs relocate to the suburbs where LE is not as overbearing.

Some Cosmically Bad NewsWhen it comes to religion, people fall victim to confirmatory bias, the tendency to look for evidence that support a pre-existing belief and to ignore any contradictory belief.
Thus, my favorite aphorism is "Question Authority."

A little bit of everything (GPS, ROB and a good time)Thanks. Sal's comment makes me think that we need a way to identify other TUSCL members when we are at a club. We could write a group consensus review!

Some Cosmically Bad NewsYou want proof of God's existence and benevolence? All you need to do is watch media coverage of a natural disaster and the interviews with some of the survivors. Standing in front of the twisted remains of their trailer part, a survivor recounts a near miss with death during a tornado and sings God's praises for sparing his/her life. "It was a miracle and I thank God for sparing my life."
Talk about biased journalism! Where are the interviews with the people who died in the disaster?
Would this make for compelling TV?
Reporter (talking to a corpse at the scene of a natural disaster): So, Mr. Jones, you got impaled by a flying piece of debris and then drowned in the storm surge. What did you do to piss off God? Or is this evidence of God working in mysterious ways?
Mr. Jones: Silence.
Reporter: OK, Mr. Jones seems to be reluctant to speak and this place is beginning to smell a bit. Back you you in the studio.
Thanks Reverend for adding a touch of existential angst to this forum. By the way, I've never lived through a mass extinction, but I hear that they are not enjoyable events!
Now back to something more enjoyable: strip clubs and naked women!

PH Detroit might be done forThe crackdown seems to be focused on clubs within the Detroit city limits. Thus far, clubs in the surrounding cities (Inkster, Romulus, Dearborn, etc.) have not been effected.
Nevertheless, this is troubling for those of us who object to the overreach of a) religious fanatics and b) misguided crusaders who seem to detect trafficking in every consensual sexual encounter that involves the exchange of valuables.

SA .... When she says "put it in my ass"Many guys get turned on with a new/different partner.
Other guys get turned on by a new/different sexual experience (with a new or a repeat sexual partner).
Many of these firsts are in the distant past for the salty guys that read and contribute to this forum But, can you recall what a turn on your first BBJ was? Your first explorations of positions other than missionary? Your first DATY? Your first discrete HJ, while sitting in the main floor of a strip club? Your first experience with a woman rimming you? Your first threesome? We all have our bucket lists of new/different experiences. Not everyone has the same items on that bucket list. However, if new sexual experiences are a turn on for you, then anal may also be a turn on (with a bit of preparation and a willing partner).

Negotiate up frontNegotiate before going to the VIP. Good advice! This club has impressive talent but also unrealistic price expectations from some of the dancers. Find a price point that is comfortable for your budget and your expectations (200 is my comfort zone) and be willing to say no to GPS demands.

Quirky & Weird ClubsAt one time, Bogart's (Inkster MI) was characterized by even more debauchery than in its current incarnation. There was a time when all of the private dances were performed in a raised platform with metal chairs around the perimeter of the platform. The folks on the main floor could not see over the waist high divider on the raised platform but the folks in the private dance area could easily see over the railing to the main floor.
Of course, the patrons in the private dance area could also see the fun that was happening around the perimeter of the room. It was like having a live porn show, watching the other PLs getting BJs and FS (mostly in cowgirl) around the room. My favorite memory was when two guys set down beside me and had their dancers drop their G string and bend over at the waist while they each did DATY (and DATO?) from behind and the girls kissed each other.

Article Publishing ideaBased on a review of recent published articles, it looks like the bar is set very low for quality and length. It seems that this is an easy way with no review standards to get VIP access to TUSCL.

Porn maker makes bid to name the Miami Heat arena. If this happens, is there any plan to change the team name to the Miami "Body Heat," after the steamy 1981 movie with Kathleen Turner and William Hurt.

PH Detroit might be done forSad. I have many good memories from that club. The club was on a serious downswing spurred largely by pressure from Detroit vice squad to remove their privacy curtains in the private dance area. There has been a concerted effort to clean up the clubs inside the Detroit city limits. Fortunately, the clubs in the surrounding areas (Romulus, Inkster, Southgate, Lincoln Park) have not been affected.
I wonder if the efforts to clean up the Detroit city clubs will have an adverse impact on convention attendance and other travel to Detroit?

How far will dancers commute on a daily basis to work at a club?I know a dancer who lives and works at a strip club in NYC for four days each week. She flies to Detroit and works for three days at a club that is near the Detroit airport. She stays at a hotel near DTW. It is not exactly a daily commute but it is a regular weekly commute.

I had a great time, and found a beauty!Good review. You might add a few details on mileage. This club has a reputation for somewhat limited mileage and video surveillance of the "private" dance areas.
