He got depressed when he got kicked out of the Kardashian family. You have to be really fucked up when you can't make it in that dysfunctional freak show.

    Are CD's and DVD's outdated?
I haven't watched a movie on DVD in at least 6 or 7 years, but somebody must be. Every week at the grocery store there's always people getting a DVD out of Red Box

I just saw a piece on the news that vinyl records are making a small comeback. There's one factory that can't keep up on production. Both young people and old collectors nostalgia collectors are buying them

I was just discussing Nietzche last week week with Tiffani at The Flight Club. We had an oral debate of what's good vs bad.

    Week 5 NFL bets
I think we have a clear winner for worst coach in the NFL. Jim Caldwell of the 0-5 Lions. He was handed the job Indianapolis after Tony Dungy retired. They were still pretty talented but he ran them into the ground. Yet, amazingly he was given head coaching job in Detroit. They were supposed to be a solid second place contender, if not even slightly challenge Green Bay. The zombies on the Walking Dead show more emotion than this dude. It drove me crazy in Indy and he's doing the same thing here. He's making Jim Schwartz look like a good coach - and that's quite an accomplishment.

Christian County, Mo. is presumably the area where the indie film "Winter's Bone" took place. The incredibly gorgeous Jennifer Lawrence played a Meth dealer's daughter.

^^ I knew a dancer that suffered a bad neck injury in an auto accident. She told her orthopedic surgeon that she was a dancer and before he allowed her back to work she had to show him the kind of dance movements she does on stage. Sounds funny but true.

#12. Illness/Injury I've know a few that either got a serious illness or got injured and had to stop. Not having any health insurance didn't help.

    The Mann Act
Years ago I watched a documentary on Chuck Berry. I don't know if this is how he always toured, but it was interesting. He took a commercial flight (alone) into a city, a car picked him up and took him to the arena. There was a pick up band there that knew his songs. Chuck walks on stage and starts playing the concert. Pretty different than the touring acts with semi trailers of gear and a luxury motorhome for the star.

Does anyone think she's attractive? I was talking with a co-worker when this story broke and I told him I thought the women was rather unattractive (well, not in those words) and he commented she was nice looking. Huh?

Public Enemy and Run-DMC are already in. Hip hop artists are inducted as well as pre-rock era "influencers" such as Muddy Waters.

You do have to give Steve Miller some points just for longevity. Dude is like 72 and I think he was still touring at least of a couple years ago.

I like Steve Miller because I dig his early blues, blues-rock stuff. I'm a sucker for the blues rock genre. But that's just a personal preference. I agree, he's not HOF worthy. You don't see baseball writers putting in the likes of Super Joe Charboneau just because he had one great season.
