Like Dolfan, the clubs I frequent all are different, and unless they are part of a chain outfit (like Rhino's or Vu's) they each have their own systems in place. It averages anywhere from 40 - 55% tip out per dance to the house, and many clubs tack on additional separate tip outs to staff & security. A few clubs, like Bare Elegance LAX, will pay dancers to walk around nude or topless. Other clubs make any dancer who doesn't want to dance onstage pay out more. It varies quite a bit from club to club.

As a well paid female engineer, I have never personally run into any pay disparity between myself and my predominantly male coworkers. But I tend to kick ass and take names, and would never tolerate any bullshit from anybody......but I think you guys would realize that based on my postings here at this fine institution that we call TUSCL.

I share intel with posters here that I like thru PM's all the time, and I offer countless free flow of intel on my local SC sites like zbone & bonedin. It's all about helping each other out so that we avoid some of the trouble areas (and dancers) and have a better overall clubbing experience. I won't share intel or even respond to anyone who is an asshole or asks too personal questions either about me or if they ask about things that I know certain dancers don't want generally known.

You're right,gmd...it doesn't take much game to ASK. But a lot of guys, especially the desperate ones, are gonna come across as too aggressive and/or creepy and the stripper ain't gonna go for it. For those types, especially the socially inept and the ones who have trouble communicating with women, an escort might be a better path....at least in the beginning.

Yup DVCOI was raided again so keep that in mind when visiting. The mileage there hasn't been great lately, and this recent raid will cool things down there even more. It's a shame because they just fired the crappy manager and brought a new person in who is rumored to be at least capable. I get this a lot. Its rarely verbalized directly to me, at least not at first. Usually in a new club after I get a few dances , a dancer will mention that they thought I was a cop. But after some xxx dances with me they know better.

Just like young guys, women have a rep in clubs for being really cheap and not tipping or buying dances. When I first started clubbing I had no idea that some dancers thought this. I learned very good early on what a weird world the strip club really is.

Well let me tell you, former_stripper....Since I'm female I had access to the Ladies Only section, and it was just more of the same pompous narcissistic bullshit as all of the rest of the site. The worst had to be the Dancer Only section, which is viewable to everyone. That is where the real ugliness comes out - the smug whores retract their claws long enough to pat each other on the back about how they screwed over their latest prey, all the while never indulging in any extras of any kind. And let us not forget the endless spewing of their venomous hate for the very people who put money into their pockets. They're pathetic.
