I talked to a few dancers on my visit to Trop Lei today. Yeah most are worried about the money situation between them & their clubs, but it's the paper trails and the W-2 forms and all the other documents that they will have to have as employees that is really freaking them out. The only impact that I have seen here in LA so far is from the DV chains. I think the only things that are truly effective are consistent moderation and the ignore feature. Anything else would be a band aid at best and probably not very effective. I look at other SC sites like BonedIn that thrive with heavy dancer interaction due to strict and real time moderation. Plenty of people bitch about it but it works. I use the ignore feature way too much here and the need to constantly have to add to that list (almost daily at times) has me visiting here way less than I used to. It's a tough battle for you founder but I'm sure you'll do what's right for the site.
