Dennyspade: I like Heather Locklear too. That "Lillith" character was such a cold fish I never got the hots for the actress, but now that you mention it and I googled her, she is pretty good-looking and has a nice ass as well. I always thought she was skinnier than she is.
shadowcat: You must be joking. A guy like you who loves the women dancin' in that club that everyone raves about in Sandlapper country couldn't really be hot for those fatties, could he?

This is slightly off topic but is related to Asian religion:
What did the Zen Master say to the hot dog vendor?
"Make me one with everything."

There's lots of curmudgeons on this board. I think that's why I like it. I'm one too.

I've never watched an entire episode of Sopranos but I did watch part of one where they took some poor sap out on a cabin cruiser to knock him off. They took him below and two or three guys popped him with pistols. Then they dragged his body upstairs and dumped it over the side. How the hell can you shoot a guy below deck in a boat and not have blood and guts or brains to clean up? Just dump the body over the side and go home? I never watched Sopranos again. Now Pulp Fiction, that was some realistic violence.

Since the list is rated according to number of hits, maybe it should be titled "Top Strip Club Monger Cities" or "Cities with Horniest Guys". (Just my lame attempt at a joke.)
Chicago must get the most hits because guys are desperate to find something better than what they've experienced. It ain't out there.

I visited Cowboys in Lexington about a year ago and had a good time. I don't remember very well but I think it was a little pricey. It wasn't as good as Brad's Brass Flamingo in Indy but it was okay and it's easy to get to from I-64.

I haven't been to the St. Louis area for several years, but several of the clubs on the Illinois side of the river (there was nothing in St. Louis proper) used to have dollar laps. There was one in Centreville and a couple in Sauget. I've checked the tuscl map for these and I think they are still there but may have changed names. I don't remember the clubs' names. It was nice to be able to get some inexpensive samples to help me decide which girl I liked best close-up and would give good mileage before springing for the full lap dance.
In those days it seemed like the PT's clubs were the most popular in that area. Nowadays most of the reviews I read are about Washington Park and Brooklyn. Times change... I'd like to vist that area again.

This won't win any awards but it WAS unusual. I was in Portland, Oregon and visited two neighboring clubs: Chantilly Lace and Sugar Shack. I can't remember which was which but they were pretty similar and located next door to each other in a strip mall on Killingsworth St. In one club there was some nude dancing on stage in a brightly lit bar room but the big draw seemed to be the $150 private shows. According to posts on tuscl and other customers I talked to, both the dancer and the customer get naked during these shows. There was some suggestion that FS was available. I was hesitant to spend the money and by the time I'd worked up the courage (drank enough) there was a shift change and no one showed up for the next shift. There were only 3 or 4 girls there to begin with. I'd walked into the other club first and was told rudely by the barmaid that the only dancer working was busy doing a show.
After the shift change I walked around through a connecting hallway into an adult bookstore. It was a big place but only about a quarter of the shelves were stocked and there were private rooms to one side. I looked in these rooms and saw ratty sofas with even rattier quilts lying on them. I think it was a good thing I didn't partake of the shows. I might have gone home with lice, scabies or worse.
I've recently learned of a place in Gary, IN called CT's Adult Superstore which sounds more like a sex emporium than a strip club. I'd like to check it out just for shits and giggles.

Bones, I'm sorry this got off the topic you started with but, in a way, the fact that we can have a free discussion like this is a tribute to those who have made the sacrifice.
FONDL, You said, "we're there and we should finish the job". What is the job and how do we know when we've finished? Actually I don't care what your answer to this question is but I'd like to hear something that makes sense from our government.

I completely oppose the war in Iraq and have opposed it since before March 2003. That doesn't mean I don't support the troops. I recently went to a sporting event with a good friend and he brought along his son who is in the Army and would be leaving for Iraq in a few weeks. During the national anthem I almost got teary eyed and when it ended I turned to my friend's son, shook his hand and said "thank you".
It's guys like him, who are willing to make a sacrifice for this country who are why we are as free as we are. But I despise the current administration for sending our boys over there to be slaughtered with no clear idea of what "winning" is.

FONDL, I haven't seen the movie Strip Tease but I did read the book. To me it was more than pure humor. There was some political commentary there as well. Hiasen is a native Floridian and he always has a point of view in his fiction, usually in relation to Florida, overdevelopment or some other topic. In Strip Tease, it was about the sugar industry, and how the US government props up domestic sugar producers.
But I'm going way off topic. Sorry.

BG,
When I first started reading this discussion board I didn't expect to run across words I have to look up. I think you've done that to me before but it's one of the reasons I keep reading this board--guys like you make it interesting. I don't enjoy some of the dialectic (there I used the word) gibberish on this board but someone comes up with something interesting at least once a week.
I'm also addicted to strip clubs. I'm married so my prespective is probably different from yours. Sometimes I wish I could be like Carl Hiasen who wrote a book of fiction about strip clubs in Florida. I can't remember the name but a movie was made from it starring Demi Moore, I think. I heard an interview of him. When he was writing the book he hung out in a lot of strip clubs and just talked to dancers and tried to get to know them. I presume he did not partake of any dances. It would probably make it a lot more difficult to write about it objectively, I guess. That's a weird fantasy, isn't it? Wishing I could resist the sexual desire to rub up against these attractive women so that I could get to know them better?
The title just came to me: "Strip Tease" I believe.

FONDL, Another word for that (a sympathetic and uncritical ear) is "friend". Probably the best therapist is a good friend. I've never had a stripper as a friend but I could imagine it happening if I spent enough time with her.

I can't get into sitcoms. The only TV I watch are sporting events, The Daily Show and The Colbert Report. So I guess the only woman I can throw into this discussion is Samantha Bee. She's not hot but I bet she'd be fun! And she IS a mom--gave birth recently.

For the second link I like the "low plunge flair dress" or the "pinup girl". Most of those other outfits are two cute for my taste.
On the first link I didn't see anything I liked as well as those two above but the Tube Top & Hipster Skirt w/ Ruffles is good. I also like the Tie Front Top & Pleat Skirt but I'm not crazy about red. But if you're brunette you might look good in red.

FONDL:
That's good advice but I don't think it helps much. Even if I wasn't doing anything illegal, I'd be embarrased and in deep shit if something appeared on the web showing me in a strip club.
