Mia Kirshner trivia; great info, robofan! Fans of the Fox TV show "24" affectionately refer to Mia as "Naked Mandy." She was a part-timer in the first couple of seasons.
There was a great but brief strip-club sequence in "Carlito's Way," with Penelope Ann Miller showing her perfect breasts.
Another movie with a brief strip-club scene that featured much more graphic nudity than typical was "Running Scared."

DandyDan noted that some clubs near him experience customer exodus in the last hour before closing. Some places have the opposite trend, with late arrivals by guys hoping for take-out.

Good ideas to a thorny problem. I prefer dealing with the dancer, not the DJ or manager. If the songs are short and she asks me for a dance, I may simply say, "The songs are very short." If she wants some of my money, she may work our an arrangement that does not depend on song length. The activity may be quite unlike dancing, after all...

The latch-on is a quandary, particularly if she's inclined to interfere with your other exploits after you've sent her on her way. I also use the "going to the restroom" approach, a la Clubber. It usually works.

I usually avoid the two-girl routine, recognizing it as a low-value encounter.
But I had one experience that was a noteworthy exception. The club was "JB's Lounge" in El Paso, and it has since changed so much that I doubt anything like this would happen there now. I had gotten a dance from each of two very sexy Latinas. Neither were gorgeous, but both had definite appeal and were fun in their private dances. The two of them conspired to ask me to take them both on at once. The encounter consisted of lots of DFK, fingering, some BBBJ, and some PSE-worthy girl-girl action.

More data to add to the general trend, based on my experience:
Daytime offers more relaxed environment and higher mileage.
Nighttime offers more of a party atmosphere, and often better looking dancers.
Exceptions are not too rare.

I know exactly how this is done. I perform this trick myself, minus the stripping--I simply make the disappeared cloth reappear from my empty hand or from a jacket pocket.
She did not have to use more than one cloth, and she did not have to pre-position any cloth. In fact, she did not pull the cloth out of her snatch.

Anything can be had in some Prov clubs, but the quality of the clubs and the dancers leaves too much to be desired for them to rate Top 10.

The bailouts are wrong in principle. The markets need to be free, and that means companies are free to prosper or fail, without the government "picking winners and losers."
We must eliminate the entitlement mentality, and we must apply term limits to congress. Otherwise, we are headed towards socialism, and everyone will suffer for it. It is based on assumptions that are inconsistent with reality, and leads to authoritarian rule from central government.

The direct approach is good, and shadowcat and evilcyn gave the obvious direct answers.
I enjoyed the company of a fine dancer recently, and she was apparently getting pretty worked-up during part of our encounter. She spoke into my ear: "I usually wouldn't go this fast unless I was in bed with you, but if you don't mind, I'm really getting to that spot...I'll slow down after I come." I didn't mind at all...

someyoung... I did see her again, but we did not dance (nor experience the other tempest). Her mom had to stay in the hospital a few weeks, but recovered fine. The young lady took up excessive drinking, and I choose to remember her from our encounter I previously described. I have not seen her nor spoken with her in most of a decade.

You could probably get a stripper to do that; it wouldn't even involve you getting naked.
More typically, strippers move my underwear or shorts or pants out of the way so they can take me into their mouths or kitties.

Getting valuable information from reviews requires discernment. Some general observations have already been offered here. Another couple:
-- Raves about a specific dancer by name are a red flag. Most legitimate reviews are coy about whom they encountered, offering only hints for those who might want to seek her out.
-- Focus on what matters to you: valuable reviews explain why the reviewer liked or disliked the club. It could be decor, looks of stage dancers, or mileage in the VIP, or other factors. Only you know what matters to you. If a review does not offer such insight, it is obviously useless to you.

I dislike the premise of the thread question, so my answer is "No." If one were to say "ALL strippers have a price," I'd counter, "ALL people have a price," thus rendering the point moot. I just don't view strippers in such stark contrast to non-strippers.

A very favorable percentage of latinas are beautiful and desirable. I've been to TJ only a few times, but was impressed at Adelitas, and even at next-door-neighbor The Hong Kong Club.

Fair enough, atlforlife, but republicans can be liberals also, and can have horrific ideas for new taxes.
The examples I gave (cows and miles) are from liberals. Term limits for all of them, I say. They need to stop thinking our earnings are theirs for the taking.

A nice dancer recently gave me a "Modified Ozy#3" (see second post in this thread)--"I don't have a phone right now, but here's my girlfriend's number. She'll help us stay in touch."
I try not to be overly cynical or skeptical, so I did call the number a few days later. Sure enough, it was this gal's friend, and she said the two of them had talked about me, and that she would indeed help us stay connected. "She wants to get together with you."
Pleasant surprise.

--Tax owners of cows for bovine flatulence, as it introduces "greenhouse gases" into the atmosphere
--Force auto makers to install GPS trackers in all vehicles, so lawmakers can tax you by the mile

I remember a lovely young lady I met at Babe's in San Antonio. She had long, dark hair, a phenomenal figure and a sweet, innocent face. She danced for me a couple of songs, and then asked, "How far would you be willing to go with me?" I told her we could do everything she wanted, and nothing she did not want. She asked me to wait while she changed outfits. There was a fairly large crowd in this topless-only club, so privacy was an issue. She came back with a long white nightgown, saying, "This will prevent anyone from seeing what we are doing." She slipped me inside of her, and she was so incredibly wet! After our tempest subsided, she thanked me (I should have been thanking her!) and asked me to wait for her to get ready to leave, then give her a ride. During our drive, she got a call from her father, saying her mother had just been rushed to the hospital. I took her, and our intimate encounter concluded without repeat. She's a fond memory.

I disagree with robofan. First, the Top 10 on TUSCL has actual strip clubs, although the top 2 are reasonably called whorehouses, and extras can be found at some of the others.
As for the quality of the Adelita ladies, there can be some stunningly beautiful ones there. If you are particularly attracted to Latinas, you will certainly find some there who excite you.

Ozy's list of tricks with numbers is pretty accurate. Most dancers I encounter offer me a number, but if I feel a connection with a dancer, I usually offer her my number and leave it up to her if she wants to contact me. That leads to interaction away from their work.
