I've always just assumed when they say that, they refer to a lady who is small, meaning short and thin.

Yeah. So petite that you could place her on your dick and spinner. Almost makes you feel like a child molester.

I think the term came from an old joke. The joke was about a guy and a woman with no legs. She held onto the light fixture and he would spin her while she was on his dick.

The use of the term "spinner" has moved towards a mere synonym for "slender," but its humorous origins are interesting.

Petite and fuckable = spinner.

And yes, the etymology derives from "small enough to spin on your dick".
