    CDC update
Does anyone remember the one-and-only specific purpose of any of the restrictions? Hint: We accomplished it many months ago. None of the ongoing restrictions have been for public health.

They should sic some "white-hat" hackers on those voting machines. The CISA reported last Summer that they were vulnerable to "Q-Snatch," which can swipe Administrator credentials. Or, they could use RS-232 port for such access without password.

rickdugan's "impolitic" remark is actually true, per CDC data. They report that 94.3% of all those whose deaths were attributed to COVID actually died of an average of 4 other "comorbidities."

Any food from anywhere in the world once a day OR Any pussy from anywhere in the
Food is far more easily acquired, so the latter option is the real "magical" one.

If the OP is an analogy for restrictions related to the recent viral outbreak, it seems off-target. (Unless someone actually resents other people taking vaccinations, in which case, that punch landed.)

Chauvin juror may have lied during jury selection
In my limited search of info related to this trial, I did see that prosecutors (or AG) were asked why they didn't attach "Hate Crime" exacerbating conditions to the charges, and they said that they could find no evidence that race had anything to do with the bad cop's actions.

Chauvin juror may have lied during jury selection
Didn't the toxicology report show that Mr. Floyd had 2-3 times the lethal level of fentanyl in his system, along with methamphetamine and other drugs? Not having followed the trial, that bit of info seemed to me likely to introduce reasonable doubt about Chauvin even _causing_ the death; nevermind the harder question of intent to cause the death... Also, didn't the judge lament openly that Congresswoman Waters practically guaranteed an overturn of the verdict? I ask these questions having not followed closely, so if you inform me how I am incorrect, I simply thank you for that.

    An affordable and fun evening!
Even without a chair fort, I got all the extras from an attractive Cuban dancer there. But the crowd was very sparse that night, so she may have altered her normal playbook...

    Worst Stage Names
A name I didn't like, used by a dancer I did like: Nevaeh. ("Heaven" spelled backwards, because she felt like dancing was a living Hell... get it?)

Some Highlights from My TUSCL Messages (with redacted usernames)
Alright, so I will offer this completely irrelevant but nice message: I just looked at the profile for nicespice, and she has a picture of Baby Yoda (or Grogu for serious fans, I suppose) giving a stage tip to a dancer. That's awesome and hilarious! I salute you, nicespice.

Or, pensionking, the senate's declaration may just indicate their certainty that anyone Obama will nominate will be leftist, and thus an enemy of the Constitution. They took an oath to defend the Constitution against exactly that. So, they're not "circumventing the Constitution."

How much to charge for talking (From StripperWeb)
I don't ask a dancer to spend time at a table with me, as a general rule. That's especially true if I have no interest in doing more than talking. They ask if I'd like them to sit with me, and if I am interested, I say so. Talking is not a paid activity.

I'm not a Libertarian, but I am quite sure their is a difference between Libertarian thought and Anarchy (anti-government). Balance is important. Our Constitution establishes government with STRICT limits on its power and scope. That's because governments naturally tend to grow in power, size and scope, and don't naturally tend to remain limited.

    President Skipping Justice Scalia Funeral
Obama hates the Constitution which Scalia defended. He would be disingenuous to go to the funeral. Also, PensionKing: the senate cannot block the president from nominating whomever he wants to nominate. They won't. But, the senate is the authority for confirming or not confirming any nominee to get appointed to the USSC. That's their responsibility.

No, San Jose, government cannot establish freedom. Government can be structured to limit incursions against freedom and individual liberty. Our government was fairly unique in its focus on doing that. Yay, USA!
