  Most guys don't care about pole tricks - guys that are interested in getting dances care about what she looks like and carriers herself - never heard of anyone not getting with a dancer bc of her lack of pole tricks - some guys say they like pole tricks but haven't heard too many say they got dances from her bc of her pole tricks - pole tricks may get you some extra stage tips buI I don't think necessarily leads to dance sales, nor the lack of pole tricks will cause less dance sales.

  Some guys say they like the natural look ( little makeup) - well-done makeup and hair def grabs my attention but it doesn't mean 100% I'll get dances from her just bc she's well made-up but it does help - lack of makeup doesn't mean it's an automatic no-sale but all things being equal nice hair and makeuo only helps, in my view.

  Her body is all natural. No fake anything. She has an hourglass figure meaning at least a handful of tits and an ass with curves and some hips. I don't like to see ribcage either. In a lapdance she doesn't shy away from my dick and also she doesn't abuse it. She has good hygiene. I prefer and am a sucker for blondes and white girls in general but I would go for any race if she's hot. I also like blue eyes and big noses. As to pole and stage dancing I treat it as a totally separate thing from getting dances. While I do appreciate a talented dancer, I wouldn't care if she's simply hot to me. What ultimately matters is how she is in a private dance and her attractiveness. Also she must have good hygiene.

  You can always do your own field research. You can go to a popular strip club and observe which girls do well and how they look and act. Stripping is a sales job and in sales one has to be proactive - many times I've seen attractive dancers not make much $$$ bc they don't approach custiea.

  I never cared too much for make up. Not saying it looks bad but I could go either way on it. Not a big deal for me. I’m not going to the club saying “I hope I see a girl tonight with blue lipstick!” The absolute biggest thing is getting exercise so you keep a nice looking body. Don’t get rake thin. Have some meat on you but just don’t get fat. That ass can be a huge money maker. Squats in the gym would be a really smart move. Most don’t give a fuck about good pole dancing. It’s cool when it’s really good but we care more how you dance on us. A big thing with regular types like us, is being cool. You are who you are not gonna change that and I’m not saying to put up with too much bullshit or do something your not comfortable with but work hard to build rapports and be friendly to the customers. It really can go a long way. A lot of dancers don’t bother to do it. Also try not to be too flakey. Shit happens I know but make an effort to make appointments with customers. The older I get the more I’m into really cool girls I click with. It’s such huge turn on for me because it’s so rare. I mean you definitely have to be hot to me, but if you personality to I’m gonna probably be a regular.

  Everything worth mentioning has already been said. I definitely don’t go for any of the most popular girls that OP mentioned. I like naturally beautiful women that are not girly girls. My current favorite does not have fake long nails and does not use a lot of make up. I would consider her a GND. Pleasant attitude is very important. I have seen some ice queens at the club that act so entitled. I avoid those.

  All of my favs have been skinny young white girls with small or medium boobs. Usually average height or shorter. I don't mind tats or piercings. Definitely massive bonus point to anyone who looks like a GND. Things that turn me off: heavy foundation, contouring, twerking To the OP Rhiannon - One thing you will hear a lot on this forum is a massive preference for natural boobs. In my opinion this forum isn't 100% representative of the average strip club customer which doesn't mind or even likes fake tits.

I will say I kind of like those really bright highlight colored ones. I think those look good. Flat tip not pointy tip though. Pointy tip looks like something out of where the wild things are

  Im almost exclusively into short curvy-thick latinas. I just love exotic looking women who look well fed lol. Im okay with fake asses and tits if done well. Tattoos-piercings same deal. Most important factor after looks is good vibe and chemistry. As others have said...i wont waste time-money on an ice queen or dancer with gps i dont care how hot she is.   For me, the attitude makes the girl. If any of the dancers approach me with a smile and good conversation, laughter, touchy and no GPS (Golden Pussy Syndrome), then they can easily make $200 off me in conversation tips alone. When it comes to lap dances, i love the natural, curvy hourglass figures. I will say that the AA gals always seem to capitalize my time because they are always first on scene to get me having fun. The strip Club scene is my release for fun because I work 24/7 and like to cut loose with nonjudgmental people that will allow me to have fun and then walk out that door until next time. Some of the most beautiful dancers do not attract me BECAUSE they think that they are the best shit since sliced bread. My money goes to the fun gal who will engage eye to eye and literary have fun with me. In my opinion, EXTRAS are termed such for that reason... they are EXTRA .... and not my main reason for visiting strip clubs. I like seeing a talented pole dancer, but it is not even remotely critical. Projecting FUN and appearing to ENJOY being on stage is a turn on.

  Thanks y’all for the feedback!! I am in Seattle right now and all clubs here are fully nude juice bars with outrageous house fees. When I was dancing, Dallas and Houston were great because of the low house fees, and in general it was just cool to work there. I was definitely not a good pole dancer and made the majority of money via individual dances. I am very well-spoken and well-informed on a variety of topics, currently enrolled in college and now in grad school. I was very good at making connections was easy for me. I saw girls who would just say “do you wanna dance” and then proceed to talk about baby daddy drama the whole time. I was never a fan of the ridiculously long nails. Because the club required it, I would do an extremely conservative French manicure but nothing crazy. I would definitely consider myself very, very GND.

  The Dancers I most fondly remember have had a lot of different looks. Tall, short, slim, curvy, blondes, red heads, brunettes, Asians, Latins, AA’s, White. What they had in common was a more natural look, seemed confident in their own bodies and were engaging to talk with. Some tattoos are OK, makeup should not be over the top.breast implants are fine if done well. Good dancers on stage with some ability on stage do get my attention, but again being into the dance and interacting with those watching is more important in keeping my attention.

  If you're thinking about doing dayshift and/or specializing in PL regulars, this is a good forum to ask. Some strippers love building their business on mostly regulars, but some dislike it, and some do a hybrid where they have a few regulars at a time If you're thinking about maximizing your income with the Saturday night 1am college guys, this-is-our-one-boys-night-out-wooo guys, etc., you'll very likely get the wrong picture here.   I have clubbed long enough that the stereotypical stripper type leaves me cold. Too much make-up, too much lip collagen, excessive implants, or plastic blonde barbie types are a pass. I generally like the GND, good attitude/personality, sweet or sassy, easy smile, natural beauty types. Pole tricks are a plus, but not ultimately important. I like body types from spinners to curvaceous, but want some tone to her body. I have never understood how if you dance for a living you wouldn't achieve a minimal level of fitness. I am usually drawn to someone who has set themselves apart in a good way. In a room full of blondes, the girl with auburn hair will draw my attention. If every girl comes to stage slowly twirling barely balanced on 9" stripper heels, then the girl that skips out on stage wearing sneakers and then proceeds to dance her ass off is getting my money.

  I generally go for the brunette girl next door look with B - C cup breasts and a slight hourglass figure. So from what I see of your pics you would be just the type I would buy dances from. Fake nails don't matter as long as they are not overly long which I avoid after a girl accidentally drew blood during a vip session due to her 3 inch fake nails. Makeup is something I don't notice unless it is excessive or has glitter and I will avoid both of those. The only time pole dancing is a factor is if you are in a club that only gives air dances and then they are interesting to watch. I prefer a more sultry and seductive stage show, but honestly I don't think a stage show has ever made me decide to get a dance or not other than letting me get a look at the girls in the lineup. My decision on dances is dependent on looks and the conversation we have before hand.

  A fun, easygoing personality and a nice smile are a must for me. Then as far as appearance, I’m fine with any ethnicity but I like an athletic build. An athletic build can vary a lot, from the gymnast look to the Lindsay Vonn look. But basically it appears that she takes care of herself, doesn’t have a big waist and seems healthy. From there, natural without a lot of makeup or long nails is my preference. I didn’t used to care for the tats but I’ve made peace with them and don’t much care one way or another these days. Pole tricks can be fun to watch but don’t matter too me in terms of spending and it doesn’t diminish my experience at all if none of the dancers do them.

  These are good points. Her attractiveness is important. It has to at least hit some minimum, and the hotter she is, the more that works for her.. but I've ATFed women who aren't my perfect physical ideals. How fun she is at the table also has to hit some minimum. I'll take an 8 who is a fucking riot at the table, over a 9 who isn't, in a heart beat. Don't even need to think about it. And, course, there's mileage (or "vampiness" in founder's cringey terminology🤣 ). AGain, she has to hit some minimum at the very least, or no matter how hot or fun she is, she's gone. After that, more mileage can make up for other things. Pure physical ideal wise, I love a gymnast's body: Slim, everything in proportion: small but heart-shaped and projecting bottom, small gravity-defying breasts, flat stomach, lumbar curve and dimples, firm everywhere.   @Papi, rare certainly, but I've seen it a few times at a few clubs. Hustler in Washington Park and one memorable girl at 2001 in Tampa off the top of my head. The fact that they could really cut loose with their dancing really made it striking and grabbed my attention.

  I go for spinners, minimal-to-no tattoos, normal nails (with any luck she's going to have her hands on me at some point, right? so forget anything extra-long, and fakes are just one more thing to have to take off), boob size doesn't matter to me as long as there's something there. Pole tricks score extra points, they're not absolutely required. I definitely use the stage dance as an indication of what to expect in a private dance - lethargic and bored (pass) or active and engaging with customers. I believe it speaks to how much effort a dancer is going to put forth to entertain me. And red hair is always worth extra.

  I like natural petite girls. I like fit girls who probably are a bit less curvy than most people prefer.I would say I prefer blonds but my current favorite is a brunette. I prefer no non/ ear piercings or tattoos. That being said I’ve liked girls a lot who weren’t strictly speaking my type.

My primary customers were older, white conservative men with money, and even though I couldn’t do fancy pole tricks, I would always make an effort to smile and wink and make eye contact with the audience. I managed to do very well, but much of that was demographic. I’m sure that I wouldn’t do well in a hip hop club that’s big on tweaking or one that has offers hipster Suicide Girl type dancers.

  Here's another data point for r529 (thanks for the pics): Although I favor medium-thick dancers with moderately large natural breasts followed closely by tall (5'6" or more) athletic build dancers, over the years I have bought multiple repetitive dances from dancers ranging from 5' spinners to a 6'3" blonde enhanced porn star. I'm "EO" with dancers who project a nice engaging personality, and can at least deliver a good dance experience. I've bought dances with plenty of brunettes, blondes, redheads, even a few 2 toners. I'll also confess to a slight bias towards platinum blonde porn star or Marilyn Monroe like dancers- they can grab my initial attention from across the room. But if I dancer wants to keep my attention, she'd better have some good personality traits mentioned by many posters while minimizing the flaws listed by "Book Guy". (Now you can see how he got that nickname.) Now that I've (hopefully) answered your question, I have a couple for you: 1) What is your age threshold for someone to be labeled as an "older man" ? 2) What standards/signs do you observe/look for to label someone a "man with money" ? Did they show you their bank/brokerage statements ? Were they a principal officer in a major public held corporation where you could look up their compensation package on Yahoo finance ? Or do you judge them by the car they drove up in, the clothes/jewelry that they wear , the drinks they buy in club, etc. Or do you ask them what they do for a living ? Or ask where they live or if they're in town on business, and they let on what they do for living or how large their house is ? I'm genuinely curious about your answers.

  I tend to drift toward younger natural girls who aren't too made up. That gets my attention. Attitude, personality, and the ability to sell the fantasy keep me coming back for more. I prefer a fit/toned body, natural tits, and less make up. Not opposed to fake tits. But fake ass and injected lips are a deal breaker. And it never hurts for her to be confident but affectionate.

  I could not agree more about “classic rock.” Strip club customers hear enough rap, hip hop, Top 40, plus it was primarily catered to older white affluent men. I like lots of music, but dance to the Stones, Aerosmith, Heart, GnR, AC/DC, even some Sex Pistols. I consider “old” to be Baby Boomers, basically 55-60+. And I have found that the younger guys who are soooo eager to show you pictures of their Ferrari and floss their alleged wealth with flashy clothes, etc are the ones who are stingiest. And the reality is, unless you’re Mark Zuckerberg, it’s pretty rare to find a young millionaire. That being said, I don’t care how much you make, if you’re generous with your money. I’ve had regulars who were not super wealthy but would go fish in Alaska and want to come back and spend all their earnings at the club. I don’t wanna fuck anyone out of their life savings, I just appreciate generosity. Also when I am sitting with a guy, I always ask him about himself, what he does for a job, small talk, etc. Guys in Finance or any type of Tech or Software Engineering tend to be pretty well-off. Likewise, I’m pretty well-educated, and can spot a liar pretty quick. If someone tells me they are a doctor, I say something like “oh that’s so cool! I considered going to med school. What’s your area of specialty?” It’s a dead giveaway if they can’t answer that question? If I guy comes in, I talk to him and he says that he’s a rapper and would I like his mixtape, I usually move on quick

  Preferences: -Brunette -Race is immaterial, though I do find AA girls hot -Naturals for sure. B cup + is nice but not required, my CF is A cup -Slender or athletically curvy, not chubby -Tattoos and piercings are fine.   I'm also into young (college age, not Jeff Epstein-ish), skinny, and pretty. The OP describes some other things that are a plus to me: having career goals outside of stripping and going to grad school is interesting to me. I would go to tip rail and find out what you're studying and what kind of career goals you have.   I'm all over the map. But generally I like women who are darker and more exotic. I like some "thick" women, but usually I just want her to be somewhat fit and able to finish a meal.   My preferences. A pretty face, friendly attitude are paramount. Looks wise I like long to medium long hair. Short to medium height, 4'10 to 5'7. Petite 4'10 to 5'2 inch dancers often give the best dances, and 5'5 to 5'7 dancers often look the hottest on stage. Tight, firm, athletic body, tight firm butt, firm natural breasts, as long as they look nice, and don't sag. B to C cup usually look the best, but a nice well shaped D cup really turns my head. I also like nice eraser sized nipples. As for dances, I like dancers who know the correct way to give pressure while moving herself smoothly along my body. I like a dancer who looks into my eyes, whispers sexily into my ears, without sounding silly.
