Prostitution, all by itself, is only a crime because some people think they should be allowed to exercise control over other people's sex lives. It's a victimless "crime". As George Carlin famously said, "Fucking is legal, selling is legal, why isn't selling fucking legal." That's the essence of it anyway, even if I got the exact quote wrong.

Poking holes in condoms, on the other hand, does actual harm to someone. Such a douche move potentially, at least, is an inconvenient expense for termination, and at worst, endangering the victim's life with complications of pregnancy. And that's not even the potential for inflicting a lifetime of childcare on someone who didn't expect it.
