Early part of the shifts are weak for me. Older dancers. Less wild.

I have no time for a pre "arrangement " meet and greet. I have never asked anyone to just meet at the hotel room, I've always suggested dinner or drinks in public place to get to know each other.... with the fairly well implied understanding that we're going to the hotel room after.

You guys give this dancer too much credit. Shes not calculating shit. Shes just an emotional girl, lashing out in the only way her immature brain works.

I commonly am absent for weeks or months at a time from my few standby clubs. I've always been welcomed back with enthusiasm by my favs.

I'm going to guess there are several factors that might affect the no show rate. I suspect the 19 to 21 year olds are less reliable than the 26 to 29 year olds.
I completely agree with you guys about the dick move. I owned it. It's not a good idea, I recognized it.
I think a better backup plan will be just keeping a few numbers for a last minute booty call.

I think SA is pretty quick to ban. If you give a sb a reason to be upset enough to report you, they will look into it.
I'm not certain that text or email prevents you from being banned. A sb could screen shot the texts and send that to sa.
Anyway.... I say just be polite. If you are nice enough, you probably wont get reported.
