If she walks away smiling, you spent too much.
I already know if I intend to spend money before she even says a word to me. Do you intend on paying for your meal at a restaurant after you've already eaten?

I had no idea that dancers at some SCs tip the bartender

You just posted a poorly edited dissertation and I can't believe I read the whole thing. I agree with what you're getting at. Better customer service leads to more money in the long run. Badgering a patron for tips does not align with good customer service. I don't think a lot of the dancers actually like dancing. They like what it can potentially lead to (lots of easy money) but don't want to put into that extra effort. I guess you can say most people work for money

Forgot to add in my last post but I want to stress this comment:
"^There will be come a point of diminishing returns, club can only have so many people at one time."
This is true and one day, all of those whales are going to run out (older generation) and the newer generation won't be so willing to hang around SCs due to their poor experiences and customer service. Some other industry might take over in the future is all I'm saying. This is where I run my point on dancers relying on whales is just poor customer service. I see a dancer when I enter a SC and she'll be on her phone the whole shift just waiting for her regular or scouting out a whale. Now imagine seeing 5 dancers doing the same exact thing the same shift (and this is on a day where it's relatively packed). There's having no hustle and then there's "you should just go home cause you aren't dancing"

If you want this industry to be more respected, then perhaps start using some respectful ways of earning the patron's money. Some of the tactics I've heard about are seedy for any business to use

"It’s not just clubs that don’t charge below a min rate. It’s sad how you guys expect strippers to always lower their price, when they aren’t in demand, but can’t comprehand them raising them, when they are. Also, prices aren’t all about YOUR demand, but also her’s. The girls who would lower prices drastically are often desperate for cash bc of issues that nice clubs would rather not encourage or enable."
I certainly don't expect a dancer to lower their price. I'll get a dance at the advertised price. Whether that is a 2 for 1 or whatever should be none of your concern. Your only concern should be to give quality customer service (i.e a quality dance). I haven't experienced much of this but from what I've heard, a lot of patrons get ripped off on quality. Just don't upcharge. If you get a patron ask for a dance and you think he'll only grab 1 (and thus a waste of time or whatever), then it's up to you if you want to go with him or maybe scout out a whale during a crowded day

I had a dancer a couple weeks ago give me about 5 dancers for the price of 1. I wasn't particularly engaged in the dance and kept telling her that we should head back after the first dance. She muttered that I should tip her next time. You'll get a tip when I think you've earned it. Some of you might think "dang lolruned, you got 5 dances for the price of 1" but I think otherwise

I see what you're trying to do with limiting PM. I think you can tackle this another way. Perhaps restrict new accounts of some features (such as PM) for the first couple weeks or so

I basically told a dancer I wasn't interested and she tried so hard for the dance. She wasn't unattractive or anything but I wasn't interested in getting a dance from her. It seems like everything changed and her only mission was to get me to get a dance with her. She wasn't annoying in her approach and I was kind of laughing inside how much she was trying to "seduce" me. I thought her approach was interesting cause I rarely see it from other dancers. I admired that hustle and grabbed a dance from her. The one dance did last around 10 minutes so maybe I did something right

I appreciate some of the dancer's insight but her idea of supply and demand is extremely flawed

There is no way I would let a dancer upcharge me on a dance just because "I have other guys that would pay that right now." That doesn't fly with me. Either you decide to dance for me at the advertised price or move on. I don't think I've encountered a "break song" yet. Maybe I should start timing some of the songs that are being played next time I'm on the floor

"I disagree. Level 1 is going to a strip club to get to see beautiful women. Level 2 is that first interaction. Level 3 is getting her phone number. Level 4 is when she didn't call back. Level 5 is when she does call back. Level 6 is thinking of her as a real girl instead of some girl who works at a strip club, etc."
I don't get any satisfaction with this way of SCing so perhaps I'm missing out. I know what my "competence level" (or whatever that is) is at. I don't need to grab a dancer's number and/or take her home to be SCing "properly"

It really depends on the SC but in general, I just see bouncers watching the stage. They also have other duties that the general PL won't really notice.
They're just there as a way for the PL to know that they're there. They're doing an adequate job if no altercations occur during their shift. I do think there is a lot more to being a "good" bouncer but that's their main priority

I think there are indeed a lot of unintelligent people who go to SCs, regardless of education status. I do think, in general, that the more you know, the less you can enjoy a hobby such as SCing

You really can't go wrong with any of the women in the image search. All of the women that wear yoga pants in real life know what they're doing

And when I say career dancers, I'm not referring to just those that have been in the business for 10+ years. There are some early 20s dancers who are bound to be career dancers. You can just tell by their demeanor and actions

In my opinion, a lot of dancers have poor conversational ability. I'll occasionally find a dancer who is in college or trade school with meaningful aspirations. I can talk to them much longer before getting bored than that one dancer with zero aspirations. I see dancing as a means to an end but there are some women who are career dancers and I just do not find them particularly interesting. Their life story is always pretty much the same

I think I already know the answer but I'd be interested to hear a dancer's perspective who probably will be more honest with her opinions on the internet

If a dancer calls a patron handsome (or anything of the like), does that actually mean she thinks he is attractive?
When you ask a dancer to clarify and she tells you something like "I think you are a 9," is she boosting her score considerably or flat out lying?

I doubt dancers really care until it gets to the point where they have serious feelings for you (which is doubtful). They are still women after all
