What does it mean when there's a muted comment that you can't open? I was reading Jabberwock's thread about the new California laws. Jabberwock also seems to have SJG on ignore since all his posts are muted. But there is one muted near the bottom that I can't open.

I hate that this dude's acronym spells out the same my screen name. That TFP was an ass. I'm an ass.....job lover. Who likes football just as he did. But he couldn't seem to debate folks without calling everybody all the names you guys already mentioned. The only person I ever argue in that manner with is SJG.

This Superbowl is totally up for grabs with the way the Titans took out both the Patriots and the Ravens in stunning fashion . If anything, I'd have to say the the Titans are the team to beat now.
All I know is, I'm so happy to have those three key players on defense back for my Niners. With Dee Ford back on the edge teams can no longer zero in on Nick Bosa. Jaquiski Tartt back in to help our secondary and Kwon Alexander back starting at middle linebacker and NOW we are the same team that went 8-0 to start the year. Yesterday the defense looked like it looked for the first half of the season when we were holding teams to under 20 points week to week. With our pash rush back to what it was I feel a lot better about our chances going forward.
For today's games I expect Seattle to get by Green Bay. Russell Wilson historically starts slow on the road which is a problem. If the Packers don't jump out to a lead early then I think Wilson in the second half is capable of doing what the Vikings did to the Saints a week ago.
As for the Chiefs/Texans it's hard to call. I would usually say the Texans have no chance but I also felt that way about the Vikings against the Saints and the Titans against the Ravens I have no clue what's going on anymore.

I was referring to the post you made that Subraman quoted earlier about residents of CA. When I first joined this forum your posts were a lot happier. You love skiing, your wife is your best friend, life is good type shit. Nowadays it seems you do a lot more attacking groups of folks for no apparent reason.

I used to wonder why certain people talked shit about Skibum all the time. Took me long enough but now I see why.
SF Deja Vu clubs had already made the switch and I experienced first hand the difference in visits after vs before. Girls became mercenaries for those tips, many would ask for a tip up front before even getting to the VIP room. Needless to say that wasn't enjoyable and I started going to Gold Club Centerfolds in Rancho Cordova where they hadn't made the change yet.
Now that the change is mandatory I'm wondering how my future visits to Gold Club Centerfolds might play out. I haven't really had the urge to go clubbing lately but I might venture up there soon just to see how much it's changed. If it's anything like what the SF clubs have become then I will just save my money for out of state/TJ trips.

As a guy who goes there alone every time I say it's absolutely safe. And if you're a personable guy you might make a few monger friends while you're down there.
I highly recommend getting a hotel room down there. That way you won't feel rushed and you won't have to pay room fees every time. Stay at one that's attached to the club/brothel. This game isn't going as expected either. Thought we were gonna see offensive fireworks from Brees and company. Instead Brees looks off, the best Saints offense has come from Taysom Hill, and Dalvin Cook is running all over them. Still a lot of time left but that Vikings defense is tough.

You really think the Eagles have a chance against Seattle??!!
If there's one thing I'm sure of, it's that Seattle and SF will be playing for the third time this season in SF next weekend.
The other three games, not so sure of. I'm rooting for the Titans to go into Foxboro and do just as Fitzpatrick and the Dolphins did last week. That team is full of monstrous football players, especially Derrick Henry and AJ Brown. I think the Vikings are about to get motorboated in the dome against the Saints. And the Bills/Texans matchup is the hardest one to call. If I had to guess I'd say the Bills will win, since the Texans have a long history of 1st round exits.
