  The guys I've known that have mongered overseas whether TJ or not, many refuse to settle what US clubs offer in terms of services and cost.

  Didn't ruin it. But it did change my perception of what a "value" is. I actually prefer going to Miami over going to TJ. But the trip to Miami costs me about double what my trip to TJ costs.

  For me, AMPs have always been a far better alternative. Min looks and dolling up standard lower. But you find a girl you like. Some are really appealing. Costs lower, easier set up for relating to them, which increases chance of good GFE. For a reasonable fee you get 60min alone in a room with the girl, and your own clothes are supposed to be taken off and hung up on hooks. Most AMP girls would love nothing better than if you took them out and to bed. I have most always gotten real good GFA ( Girl Friend Audition ) FS. Not interested in Happy Ending. As it was known that some SF Strip Clubs went to FS, I was always suspicious of the costs, and the overall quality of the experience. SJG

  So far I feel like it's ruined it for me. Like Warrior mentioned, it's hard to see the "value" in the US strip clubs anymore. Doesn't help that my area clubs don't compare to clubs in other areas of the country in terms of the mileage you can get. I'll give myself some more time though. Maybe after a couple more months the strip club itch will hit me again. Since I can only get to TJ once a year I'll have no way to scratch the itch but to hit a club here. So far since my trip, every time I think of pulling out $700 and hitting the club here I think of what that same $700 will get me in TJ and I lose the will to go. I've actually saved a lot of money because of that. My next trip to TJ will be epic.

  Yes,TJ ruined me , but i feel Toronto offers a better selection of girls from around the world (peru, canada, usa, eastern europe, middle east, asians, Indians) for full service in a club vip room.

  Agree. TJ has ruined it for US clubs. I do occasionally, (rarely actually) club in my home area (SF) but it sucks. When i travel for work, I check out the local spots but they don’t come close to HK

  No, not anymore than going to Follies or DD in pompano or Detroit clubs or FKKs. They are all different. I only go to high mileage places though and I doubt I could ever enjoy LM, just no value there. Of course, finding them is what makes this site so valuable.

  i don’t go to usa stripclubs like i used to. just too expensive for what i like to experience. i do like the variety however. for low expense (if i want low mileage) i go to a few coffee shops in socal.

  Yes. I have gone to clubs since, but my expectations are tempered. There were some high mileage clubs to go to when I got home but they are now a shell of themselves and not worth the time anymore. Any sc trip would now just to see and interact with the dancers.

  I was never a big U.S. strip club guy, just an occasional visit for a couple of beers and maybe a dance or two, but never VIP. But after going to TJ, I've even stopped the occasional U.S. strip club visits because they seem so useless. As @bdirect said, Toronto also puts U.S. strip clubs to shame -- not its strip clubs, but its escort agencies (typically $160 Canadian for half-hour or $270-$300 one hour) and erotic body rub spas (typically $180 Canadian for 40 minutes).

  Dumb to use strip clubs for regular sexual gratification. So what are they good for? 1. To imbibe a sexual aesthetic, the high dolling up and slut wear level, the physical an emotional openness. You learn this, then you recreate it in your ordinary life. 2. For those extremist among us, who want to be waking up in the mornings with stippers. Notice, for neither of these two uses, is it necessary to go very often. SJG

  Yes, traveling to a foreign country, dealing with border patrol and customs, fucking girls who've done 50 other guys that day, not being able to drink the water, all made me regret driving a half hour to get whatever I want from someone who's at least bathed today.

  @GMD, I can assure you the gals in TJ and clean, bathed, smell nice and less used than the typical White trash trailer park skanks that populate KY clubs.   I've only been to TJ once about 7 or 8 years ago and it was a lot of fun but I wouldn't say it ruined US strip clubs for me. To me it simply isn't worth the time, hassle and cost of traveling from Ohio to TJ unless I was already much closer on business. Sure it is a lot cheaper to find a gorgeous girl to fuck, but that is not the only thing I enjoy at a strip club. If I just wanted to fuck a hot random stranger I would just hire a hooker. I prefer to have a nice flirty conversation prior to getting down to business and that is harder to find in TJ since I don't speak Spanish and few of the girls that I interacted with on my trip to TJ spoke any English let alone enough to carry on a 20 or 30 minute conversation. However I do have a business trip to to San Diego in July so I plan to make the trip across the border then. Maybe I should use Babble or another service to learn some Spanish before then so I can try to find the type of flirty conversation followed by amazing sex that I am looking for.

  I’ve been 6 or 7 times this year, don’t speak any Spanish past beer and bathroom, but I’ve always found plenty of girls that speak enough English to converse and get everything I needed. Btw each trip gets easier and more comfortable as I get more familiar with what to do and what to expect. I suppose I’ve been 20 to 25 times over the last few years.

  Showering with them before hand or watching them shower is half the fun. One of the reasons I like hour sessions. Approached a chica tonight and started speaking to her in Spanish. She answered me in perfect English. She must be a deportee because her English was perfect, without an accent. She was a little sharky though. I think the ones who have lived in the U.S. and speak good English tend to have an attitude. I much prefer the Latinas who speak all Spanish and no English. After the English speaker rejected my offer, I found an equally good looking chica from Sinaloa who spoke no English. She was pretty and sweet with no attitude. She was a lot of fun, both in bed and to talk to and joke around with. I highly recommend learning Spanish. Being able to have normal conversations with these chicas and joke around with them too makes the experience so much better for both you and her.

  USA clubs can't compare to HK where you've your own hotel room with bright lights, and shower, and 500+ dancers per week ready to make you feel like a millionaire. You'll be spoiled and ruined.

  Agree on at least passable Spanish. It makes all the difference in the world on opening up your possibilities. These girls for the most part, minus the sharks, are looking to have fun at work and talking to guys and hanging out for many of them is a lot of the fun. Many I’ve found can speak passable English so broken Spanish to help find the right words and phrases is good enough. None of them expect perfect grammar.

  Never been to TJ - but plan to hit it at some point to see/experience it w/ my own PL-eyes - up to now I haven't visited mainly b/c I'm primarily into chocolate. w.r.t. whether TJ is worth it or not, I don't think there is another club that gets nearly as many favorable reviews as HK - uncommon to see folks visit HK and say it wasn't worth it or they don't wanna go back - I'm sure there are some that feel that way, but from what I gather it's a small-minority.

  After reading all of this I feel like I have been living a life in US clubs. Been to TJ a few times, Pattaya, Colombia, but have never tried for FS at any US clubs. Don't even know how to approach it.

  My TJ experience did not ruin US Clubs for me, since I do not compare the two. US Clubs (especially in LA and COI) offer a variety and convenience not available in TJ, where TJ offers a legal service with a (usually) better overall value. TJ clubs are brothels and US Clubs are strip clubs, not a fair comparison. My mongering time is filled with fun filled experiences at both places.

  Short Answer: Yes. Can no longer justify spending $300 for the possibility of good mileage in US clubs. I have had extras, but they are always rushed and expensive. I have also had OTC, with some failures and a few great successes. I don't mind the hunt, but get disappointed when I don't bag my target. To say, "TJ is a target rich environment," would be the ultimate in understatements.

  SJG as anyone who goes to strip clubs will tell you, takes money to play. You yourself even talk of feeding the girl cash in the front room as a sign of respect for her work. So in carrying out your plan your wallet will also be drained dry. If you expect to go to the club and have front room make out sessions for free and walk out the club with her without spending a dollar you're in for a ride awakening.

  I have never said anything about free. Strip clubs do not work like that, and giving her money is a show of respect. The difference is that I am leading the choreography, just like it would be with a girl I'd met at a party. Strip clubs are expensive, buy with my way you have picked the girl you want to be waking up in the mornings with, and you are really getting under her skin. People club for different reasons, with different resources and priorities. I had fun in TJ when I used to visit, but it didn't change my life.   When mongering TJ is a tremendous party town at a good value, especially if you like Latín women but there are plenty of fun places in LA and COI. Admittedingly, the value is not as usually as good as TJ but the convenience and variety is much better.
