I know a girl who specializes in having ‘boyfriends,’ who does realize they are really sugar daddies. Even boyfriends w money spend it on their girl, so I think the facade just keeps them to herself better.

"realDougster," is some loser who is too scared to make cute little jokes and post lame articles with his own handle, so he opportunistically grabbed up dougster's during his great failed ultimatum. Guess he figures he can hide behind someone who was pretty unpopular at the time, and not feel so sad when no one finds him interesting or funny. His real handle was probably ridiculed.

A positive attitude, good work ethics, and good character, used to be the formula for success, but for many reasons, it’s just not enough anymore.

Dancing definitely makes you more susceptable. If you aren’t happy and “on,” it’s a lot harder to make money. Guys can see it in your eyes, if your mind is elsewhere, or you are tired. It comes across in your body language. You can try to reason with yourself and be okay with making less, for the sake of your health, but the attitude of customers and the club, isn’t just that you are having an off day, or a little worried, or tired, it’s that you are unfriendly, lazy, and unlikeable. I genuinely get a rush from dancing and I enjoy the hustle, but I often have a drink early in my shift to pep up a little. If I was a recreational coke, or pill user, I can imagine how it could quickly become a habit. That said. It’s not excuse. All jobs have their temptations and short cuts.

I’ve never tired drugs (other than weed) bc I’m scared that I’ll like it. When offered, I tell ppl that, and they seem to understand.

All attention comes with back lash and bad attention. I don’t actually come here for attention (or to convince the hard core mongers of the the world, to give all strippers more money for doing nothing). I come here to maintain a positive view of customers, and to make it easier for me to see things from their side. I think it shows when a dancer is jaded, versus when she is happy and positive, and that it becomes a cycle, affecting her interactions, money, and attitude. I participate mostly to pay a debt that I feel I have to this community, for all that I gain, and partly bc I’m a thinker, so reading the discussions just gets me thinking and I want to join in. That’s all. I do think the silent majority would like to hear less of my advice on stripper issues, so I won’t be chiming in so much in the future. I ultimately come here to like you guys and to see you as ppl (for my own selfish reasons), not to affect your clubbing or attitude.
