I don’t think it’s you, unless your low self esteem makes you seem creepy in a club.
In my view, there are several items necessary for extras to be had. You must research to determine if extras are common in the club. You must ask before going for a dance. You must have a relaxed regular guy vibe - not a stiff cop type of vibe.
If you go to a club that is known to allow extras, then you chat with a dancer before you go to get dances, to learn if she will do extras with you. You also get prices before going to the back room.
Remember, if you are paying for dances, then the dancer is making money. Why would she offer up extras - unless she’s in a bad economic situation? Asking politely about extras won’t offend the dancer.

This sounds like a bad idea. If we notice a Pimp in a club, then I’m sure the manager knows too. So, I’d expect there to be kick backs to allow the Pimp to stay and keep an eye on his girls.
In the case of a husband or boyfriend being in the club, that’s creepy and stalker like behavior, and it rarely is a good thing. In certain cases, the husband is the pimp, and hopefully he keeps it all business.
It’s a setup that has several possible outcomes, and about 99% of the outcomes are bad.
The 1% is that you could negotiate directly with the pimp on a slow night - and get a discount if you give him your gold tooth for VIP?

The DC strip clubs seemed to offer the same thing the politicians offer - a place to take your money and not deliver anything.
Based on my experiences, the dancers will tell you, they only dance, so they are several levels above politicians in terms of honesty.
I don’t think it’s cool or uncool - it’s capitalism in a big city.
As folks have mentioned before, there are likely whores propositioning politicians much nearer to the White House, so that might be more unexpected?
In terms of Russia - Putin likely entertains whores in his mansion and in every place he goes. Putin is a promoter of Russian sex workers, and there’s likely a less puritanical segment of that country trying to shut things down.

I have no issue fucking girls who are a bit overweight. It’s all good in my view. As long as they enjoy it too - it’s a great time.
This reminds me of one night when I was clubbing in DC. I first went to Archibalds - as it was close to my hotel. They were only doing stage dances, and you could pay the dancer to sit with you. I punted and hit a different club, farther from my hotel. I paid some more to go to the upstairs lounge, thinking it would be more intimate and more hands on. It wasn’t. One chubby dancer stopped at my table and asked why I was alone - and I asked if there were extras available. She gave me a look like I had just insulted her! She informed me that they don’t do that here, and I could pay her to sit with me while she ordered dinner and drinks (for her). I declined and told her that sounded too much like marriage.

misterorange that is true. Newark is a crappy strip club location. You’d think it would be similar to Irvington or Paterson - as they should have more to deal with than keeping folks from having fun.

My uncle went to work on the pipeline in the 1970’s. He was from Newark, and he was away from the family for a few years. When he returned, they moved to a big house outside of San Francisco.

When they post about friends and family making hurtful judgements about their relationship in an article that many more folks will see, they are likely going to face harsh judgment from strangers. Maybe it would be best to just continue their relationship without putting it out there for the masses to see (and judge)?

I get uncomfortable when I get farther away from NYC. I’ve lived within about a 25 mile distance from the city most of my life. It doesn’t take long for me to start to feel uncomfortable when I head west.
I’ve never been to a strip club in a true rural or desolate area. From what folks have commented, they sound very interesting, and they could be fun, if they aren’t a locals only type of vibe.

There’s a club outside of Reading Pa named Buck Rubs. I don’t understand why someone would use that name for a strip club. I think it was possibly called Back Rubs before, and then it became Buck Rubs, but it still doesn’t seem like a good name.

When I was in my early 20’s it was fun to enjoy the party and drink with buddies and give my engaged friends a playful send off.
As I grew into more of a young pervert, the strip club trips were boring, and I still would go to make sure my buddies had a good time.
I became more hardened at about 30. I remember being the designated driver at one bachelor party, with four buddies packed in my car. I pulled into the club parking lot and saw valet parking only. I dropped my buddies off, and went to Irvington to find a place to sniff some big dancer booty. I returned to pick up my buddies a few hours later. They were doused in glitter and smelled like perfume - and I smelled like skank.

I’ve only been to a couple of clubs where the dancers would move way up the pole. It was impressive to watch, as it looked precarious. Luckily, none of them fell from up high.
I prefer when they stay on their feet and grind away - and give a raunchy type of show. The acrobatics are enjoyable when watching videos, as that’s when I’m more relaxed and not a customer.

In my view, the customers who will go to strip clubs around the time of the Super Bowl are tourist type clubbers. They aren’t the hardened perverts who know how to get the true filth at the proper price.
These guys will enjoy the sights, possibly a few lap dances, and waste a good amount of money on an inflated cover charge, over priced and watered down drinks, and then enjoy a few air dances. They will entertain their buddies back home with stories of the beauties out in LA, and it will be money well spent for them.
I’m wondering - do any aspiring actresses (looking for non porn jobs) dance in LA strip clubs? I know there are many waiters and waitresses in LA who claim to be aspiring actors.
