The Strip Club near The White House

So (is it Archibald's?) the strip club in DC that's like a mile from The White House... are we the only country like that? With a strip club a mile from the executive mansion? Is that dope or lame? Who cares if the strip club itself is good or not. Or does it matter--should an SC a mile from The White House always be at least a 8 / 10? If lame, what should the respectable distance be?

If it's like everything else in DC, the dancer will promise the world to get you to VIP. Once you are back there, she will ask you for more money and then blame another dancer for not being able to deliver on her promises.

I'm saying though, it's 2022. Having a strip club a mile from The White House, is that a good look in general or nah? Who cares if the SC itself is dope or not. Otherwise, why stop at an SC amile from The White House What other crazy shit can we set up a mile from The White House -a Water park a mile from The White House -a Goodwill superstore a mile from TWH -

It is Archibald's yes. They used to have a motto: "If you can find the White House, you can find Archibald's."

We the People receive a lot of Greek at the White House and Capitol Hill.

Is land around the White House some kind of Sacred Ground ? I've been to DC. I don't see anything sacred about it.

Many years ago when I worked in DC, 14th street (2 blocks from the White House) was the main “red light” district of the District, complete with peep shows, porn theaters, pimps, and street walkers. It’s not “dope” or “lame”, it’s just an American thing. Not unlike the homeless sleeping in the park directly across the street from the White House.

The area around the White House isn't sacred ground. Just saying, as time marches on, the context shifts a little. Back in the 1850s or so, maybe having an SC a mile from the White House was considered a dope status symbol. Like having your own Han Solo encased in carbonite at your crib. In 2022 tho, with porn on our cell phones, SCs smile from the White House comes off pressed? Or something lol Like now I wanna see a 24-hour used tire shop a mile from The White House I wanna see a Golden Corral buffet a mile from The Whit House lol

There’s a shit ton of bars with some hundreds of feet, so what about how sacred that is? If you’re talking about strip clubs, what about the Irish pub down the street? What about Union Station serving alcohol and allowing homeless freaks to hang out? Not sure where this line of question is going, because the only thing happening at Archibald’s happens OTC, not on site. In fact, I’ve never seen uncovered breasts, just fully dressed gowns and lingerie.

No way we got a strip club a mile from The White House but we don't have scrapyard and a horsetrack within that same mile lol I'm asking is a mile or less a lil too cozy Otherwise I'd say there's enough space downtown to fit a decent Go Kart track

I'm just asking questions lol Is there a stripclub a mile from Putin's executive mansion? Maybe within 5 miles. Maybe within 10 miles. But within a mile? I'm just wondering which other nation's capitol has a SC within a mile from its monuments, museums etc I'm not saying it's a terrible thing. I'm just wondering out loud and making fun of it No way we got a stripclub a mile from the White House and we don't got a big-ass self-serve car wash, in that same mile next to a 24 hour laundromat lol

The DC strip clubs seemed to offer the same thing the politicians offer - a place to take your money and not deliver anything. Based on my experiences, the dancers will tell you, they only dance, so they are several levels above politicians in terms of honesty. I don’t think it’s cool or uncool - it’s capitalism in a big city. As folks have mentioned before, there are likely whores propositioning politicians much nearer to the White House, so that might be more unexpected? In terms of Russia - Putin likely entertains whores in his mansion and in every place he goes. Putin is a promoter of Russian sex workers, and there’s likely a less puritanical segment of that country trying to shut things down.

If we're gonna have a strip club a mile from the nation's iconic executive mansion, might as well have a futon outlet next to the strip club too, rightnextdoor to the vacuum repair shop lol

I don't think strippers should be near politicians. It gives strippers a bad name.
