If I were attending the Super Bowl, I would avoid strips clubs.

I don't think 40 girls a night is anything big. Especially for a city the size of L.A. Anyhow it'll be a good time for the TUSCL PLs to stay at home.

40 dancers at 7th Veil is a tight fit (no pun intended). But I really wonder if they will get enough PL's there to generate that much demand. It's a medium-sized club. If they get 60-100 guys there, it will just be a sausage-fest of PL's waiting several minutes or more for a dance spot to open up.

There are several other clubs within a 20 minute drive and I think PL's, especially if they are not locals will just use Yelp to find less crowded places nearby. If they do some real research - like on TUSCL - they will probably migrate to 4Play or PlanB for the hotter dancers. I don't expect the tourist crowd to be extras-freaks. Hot dancers, flirting with guys who paid for their drinks and table dances will be the norm this week.

I haven't clubbed in LA that much but it seems like this story interviewed B- and C-squad clubs.

Clubs pack the clubs, raise house fees and the dancers don’t make much money, unless you’re a 305, as a dancer I’d stay home too.

Better try to book a super bowl private party that’s where the real fun resides

"... unless you’re a 305 ..."

What does that mean? Is it a new kinda slang?

I've never clubbed in LA but seems there are clubs that are way more popular than this one (at least w/ TUSCLers/real-SCers) - I assume the story uses 7th Veil b/c it's kinda known in pop-culture from being mentioned in the Motley Crue song "Girls Girls Girls" - like it's often the case, when main-stream media does a piece about strip-clubs they are often off to way-off the mark.

I'd think Super Bowl strip clubbing is a throw a few bucks around and try to not look interested thing for most guys. A lot of clubbing with buddies and maybe girlfriends/wives. On the other hand, there's probably a good bit of way too drunk and aggressive guys. Aggressive both with the girls and with other customers. Not for me. From the dancer perspective, I'd agree with Bharlem, I'd expect the club to have a ton of dancers and inflated fees. Many of the dancers I'd expect to be travelers. There's some girls who can earn in that environment, but they're the kind most here would spot a mile away and avoid.

I don't know how the proximity to Valentines day is gonna play into it, but I feel like it'll somehow make things worse. Except for a few dancers who'll run into the guy who just caught his Wife/GF getting Valentines day presents from another dude and is in the strip club paying for lap dances so he has someone to cry to. For every one of those, there might be 100 extra creepier dudes though.

But most importantly, what the fuck is a 305 in this context. I mean, I know what "the" 305 is, just not "a" 305.

People don't pay much attention to dancers during super bowl parties. Some guys bring their wives. And the clubs clear out as soon as the game ends. That's how it was before covid. Probably worse now. And 40 girls is a lot by LA standards

I meant 304, which means hoe

^ that doesn't help in explaining it - had to look up the urban 304 meaning:

"... if you put 304 in a calculator and turn it upside down it will say "hoe" ..."

In my view, the customers who will go to strip clubs around the time of the Super Bowl are tourist type clubbers. They aren’t the hardened perverts who know how to get the true filth at the proper price.

These guys will enjoy the sights, possibly a few lap dances, and waste a good amount of money on an inflated cover charge, over priced and watered down drinks, and then enjoy a few air dances. They will entertain their buddies back home with stories of the beauties out in LA, and it will be money well spent for them.

I’m wondering - do any aspiring actresses (looking for non porn jobs) dance in LA strip clubs? I know there are many waiters and waitresses in LA who claim to be aspiring actors.

^ I don’t know about strippers claiming to be actresses but I’ve heard there’s a table cleaner at McDonalds that claims to be a pimp

I was wrong in my guess. I thought that name was a reference to his working at 7-11. Maybe APoopDeep will need to find someone to work the overnights again.

Years ago, I happened to be in South Florida on vacation the same week as the Super Bowl was in town. Not deliberately planned on my part. I checked out Tootsie's one evening that week and I've never seen that many dancers and customers in one club at one time. Of course, Tootsie's is physically a gigantic club, but still. It really was not my preferred atmosphere and I would not look to repeat.

What's so wrong with working at McDonald's or 7 11? It's honest work

^ No one said there was anything wrong with working at McDonalds or 7-11, I've always said a man's reach, should extend beyond his grasp.

To answer your question:

Q: I’m wondering - do any aspiring actresses (looking for non porn jobs) dance in LA strip clubs?

A: Yes, I have meet a few at 4Play, Bare Elegance and The Rhino Downtown.

Beautiful model type dimes, hoping to be “discovered”, a couple of beautiful singers, and “trained” actresses in small parts, just a step above extras.

40 dancers? Cheetah Atlanta always had 50 on Sat nite. I miss that place. These years I watched the superbowl at the brothels and it actually cost less than in US clubs.

I expected most clubs in LA area to be poppin on Sunday night after the Super Bowl. Some had good line-ups but I was not sober enough to make the drive.

LA clubs did really well the whole weekend. I wasn't expecting it to be that good. Vegas clubs sucked the whole weekend. Lots of girls didn't bother going on Sunday. But LA girls had their best weekend jn a really long time.
