I've never personally been hurt, but I've seen a few. I've had me feet stepped on a few times and a few overly aggressive bouncy girls squishing the nuts a bit, but that's about it. I've seen a few seriousish injuries though.

At Cheetah they used to do this thing where they walked around the bar surrounding the stage after they did their set on the stage behind the bar. They'd collect tips from the bar as they went. Naturally, her legs were in the air waving around in the walkway area. The guy getting a dance next to them abruptly stood up and turned to walk out of the area, and caught a foot to the face. Dude fell to the floor like a rock. I don't know if it was from her heel or the ground, but he got up with a clearly broken nose and a severely split lip. Another time at that same club, a girl was on stage and a guy was sitting by the tip rail.
