Cameras catch everything. There are multiple cameras with differing angles throughout the club, and two of them yiu can barely see unless you look closely. Glad you had fun. Most of my visits have been busy lately, and that’s why I have avoided except for the occasional one every couple months or so to check it out.

Oh, and the hits keep on coming! More snowfall coming this week on top of a deep winter snow pack which isn’t indicative of La Niña. This type of weather pattern usually typifies El Niño. Price increases were attributed to 0.6% of that rise from shelter/rental costs, which lag 12 months. Did everyone suddenly become renters? Remember my prediction of a wet winter in spite of NOAA forecasting another 3rd year in a row of La Niña dry winter? If they don’t get hurt and win a championship, then many free agents will want to come to a winning organization that will make up for the loss of 4 1st round draft choices. If they continue to be good, those draft choices won’t be that big of a loss because it will be so far down the line of picks. Also, the trade freed up $30 million to spend elsewhere for talent in coming years. The bad….4 lost draft pick and Mikel Bridges lighting it up for the Nets and Suns losing a top defender. Anyone else’s thought? (I know NBA) Even though it’s low on my concerns for sporting events.

Whoops, I rad the rong column. More like 4% decrease, but any way if we are talking forecasts like Mark is then I have no doubt it will be a decrease of 10% by the end of this year with the way trends are going. We all know how reliable forecasts are, right??
