Papi_Chulo, I've come to look at it as a "business expense." The older I get, the more I hate throwing money away at the club that doesn't get little Carlos a snowy eruption. Still, I find myself buying dances from girls on an emotional basis--because it helps them or it makes me feel like a good guy. I'd love to just be able to make the club experience a business experience and wrap the whole thing in a ribbon as such. But life is never that neat or fair. I pay far less on this as I did as a greenhorn, but it still creeps into my clubbing. The challenge is that every place I try as new or "new again" I find this part of my game creeping in.

Chandler, I just spit out my beer.
I think we talk about it so seriously here because, hey, it's a site devoted to clubs. We're looking for hardcore information and offering critiques of clubs, pointing out the problems we want fixed. Our fun suddenly becomes a science. I've caught myself getting too serious and negative. But that all seems to change the moment I step into a darkened club, hear the music and see the ladies. That reminds me--I really need to get to a club soon!

I'm cool with it. Some of the guys here won't make these moves cause it's just not their thing. That's cool as well. But I think that too often we blow crap like this off and just accept it as one of the downsides of clubbing. It's good to take a stand in one way or another.

Yep. With dating I had to deal with bullshit that stressed me out--having to tell her where I was and what I was doing, dealing with the constant talking and generally not having all the freedom I was used to. I couldn't wait to get back to the club.

@ilbbaicnl, that's a good point. I probably should have clarified by saying the dancer needs to find a way to deliver the message in a way that isn't accusatory, judgmental or nasty.

I hate pasties and won't go into a club that requires the dancers to wear them. I'd rather drop my money at Hooters or the Tilted Kilt if that's all that is available. In my area, so many of the dancers flash their pussies in topless clubs that I consider these clubs to be nude.

@Corvus, thanks! You're right, I could have been a bigger dick, but I was satisfied with getting three replacement dances that probably were heads and tails above her usual performance and which she had to pay for.
I was hoping to get more stories TUSCL members, but I'll share another one involving a crew of guys I used to work with (not me). They handled trade shows for our company, so they were on the road for many weeks out of the year. They were a pretty wild crew that spent a lot of time away from the wives and home, so they were always in the clubs. One year, a club was opening near a convention center where they were setting up, and it was offering all sorts of drinking, food and entertainment grand opening specials. They partied hard the first night, but when the bill came they ended up being charged full price for everything. When they bitched to the manager, he claimed the point-of-sale system wasn't programmed right, but promised to make it up to them "someday" when they returned. These guys called bullshit on his claim. They figured he knew they were from out of town and because they were paying with a company card, the manager probably thought they wouldn't bitch (it wasn't their money). Bad call. They didn't like being ripped off. On the way out, one of these guys slipped behind the bar and managed to grab a stack of cards for free entry, free food, free drinks, etc. that were being given out as part of a promotion. They returned the next two nights for "complimentary" meals and beverages. The only money they spent were tips for the wait staff and the stage performers. They felt justified.

@johnsmojo, these days, that's one of the best ways to take care of the situation. With sites like TUSCL and social media, word gets around pretty quickly. The loss of income when word gets out is probably the best revenge. I've heard of guys taking their smartphones into clubs and letting the offending parties know that they were busted. I was just wondering if anybody had done anything more "dickish."

Love it! I've had dancers bet me that if they don't make me cum, I can keep my money.

skibum609, that's a great story. I've known a few of those girls. They play "good girl" until they watch money that could be theirs going out the door with another dancer. My favorite was a dancer who at one time was all over message boards and social media bragging about how she only works at "clean" clubs and would never do the extras that those "nasty" girls do. Lately, she's been posting about how much she's willing to do so she can compete with other girls and pay her bills.

"if it were to happen I wouldn't stop it from happening." - I'm going to borrow that! Again, do these women realize the last thing we want at a club is to be judged? And I love her comment about "I'll only rape you a little this time". Dancers who make vague promises about VIP action usually do nothing.

GoVikings, I should have clarified. Thanks. She was just a poor dancer who never got any better, even though she danced for about three years. She absolutely refused to change her dancing philosophy, even though every other girl at the club did far more (some with stricter boundaries than others).

Is it just me--or maybe I'm spending too much time on this site--but does it seem like the cops have been cracking down at a lot of clubs across the country lately? I'm sure there's always some pressure some where, but now I'm wondering if the cops target certain "crimes" at specific times of the year nationwide. That raises the question: why hit strip clubs in the spring?

Good question, Papi_Chulo, and the answer is yes. It's such bullshit. Do some of these girls think we come to the club to be judged or put on guilt trips? I was friends with a beautiful redhead at a nude club, but I got to the point where I hated seeing her there because she always complained about the girls doing extras because she claimed it made her job more difficult. I happened to like these other girls, and all the awesome stuff they did, but if she saw me with one I always got a disappointed, hurt look from her. FYI--she eventually had to retired from dancing after pushing out three babies from three different, useless, broke ass baby daddies in five years, but I was the one being judged.

Here's a point of reference for how the cops use bullshit like this to screw bars. Years ago, I sometimes hit a regular bar/restaurant for free food and cheap drinks during happy hour. This was a nice place that hosted weddings, corporate events, etc., and the usual crowd was over 40, well dressed and fairly well off. The bar had a cigarette machine (remember those?) tucked away in a corner. One day, local liquor/tobacco control agents paid a couple of kids who were under 18 to walk up to the bartenders and ask for change. Now, these kids didn't say what the change was for, plus it wasn't odd to have kids walk up to the bar and ask for sodas and other things since a lot of families had dinner at the adjoining tables and dining areas. The agents busted the bartenders for giving out the change because it could have been used in the cigarette machine. Pure bullshit that ended up costing two bartenders $250 each in fines.

I've had it happen several times and always refused to pay. I believe the last time it happened, I stood up to move seats and told the dancer I might consider getting another dance when she was "ready to work." Another time, the girl told me not to pay and apologized for the dancer who interrupted us (because she was new).
