Half the girls in my club need fake tits, which is weird to say since many/most men prefer natural little ones to stupid looking bolt-ons. But if a dancer is 20 pounds overweight with a toneless ass and tiny tits...well C-D cups would help a lot.
My C/F is skinny and in shape; she has small C's and they're perfect on her; both in clothes and naked they look natural. She was an A cup, and she got a really good enhancement, plus she didn't go big. I knew she bought them only because they perfect!
As for butt, lips etc.... these procedures have a high failure rate even compared to boobs.

Most guys don't like girls with tats, myself included.
Over the years my regulars have had a few tats; one in particular had quite a few. They're not my first choice though so they have a tougher time getting me to VIP. While I've had great dances from girls with too many tats, if I'm looking for eye candy for OTC I always end up with a girl that looks appropriate with me. My CF has no tats at all and I could take her anywhere without being self conscience about looking like I'm dating a whore.

My club is 95% white; mostly 'girl next door' types dancing for the first time. The ones with skills tend to move to more 'upscale' or extras friendly clubs. I wish there were more black, Latina and Asian dancers actually...

Some dancers only have regulars while others avoid having too close of a relationship with customers.
While I like trying new girls, I tend to have regular dancers. They will spend time with me at my seat and sometimes it can lead to OTC. With a regular I know what to expect in VIP, and I know it will be fun since she wouldn't be a regular if she was lame.
For the dancer, they know that I'm not going to be inappropriate, I will pay them for their time, and I'm a 'sure thing'; they don't need to hustle me. My ex-ATF only had regulars. Except for me (for some reason), they were all very old, and very rich. She didn't need to hustle the 'wanna dance?' line and made an easy living.
I had another "regular" that was great at hustling new PL's. When I asked her about OTC she was not even remotely interested as she didn't want the hassle of intimacy with customers. She had great skills and even when the club was really slow she was able to get dances from new guys. She would always encourage me to get dances from other girls too, which I kind of liked...
The disadvantage of having regular dancers is you feel guilty if you want to try someone new, and the jealousy that dancers sometimes have when you're chatting up other girls. And if you want to 'break up' with a regular it can get ugly. I've been lucky to avoid that but I'm sure others have some pretty bad stories they could tell.

What's a "liberal"? To me it's someone who respects the rights of women, non-white races, people of non heterosexual orientation, and all religions.
Whatever else conservatives think is really a case by case basis. But "case by case" seems too difficult for them to understand, so the broad brush comes out in a senseless rant about how elite colleges are bad for our country. Kind of depressing actually.

Dolfan, there's all kinds. It took my old ATF about a year to do OTC with me as she didn't do OTC with anyone as a rule. She ended up asking me; I know if I had pushed her early on she would never have wanted to.
Then there's my CF who went full bore extras my first VIP with her, which was the first time I bought dances from her. I suppose she does extras with lots of people too, so that's the trade off with an easy dancer. My ATF was exclusive to me (I assume, and have a lot of evidence this was the case)...those kinds of relationships take time. If a dancer is cheap and easy with you, she's likely cheap and easy with everyone.

I take lots of girls to VIP when my regulars aren't working. It's like a box of chocolates...my current CF (yes that's redundant) was an afterthought for a year. I was polite but she wasn't on my radar. Then I gave her a shot in VIP...and she turned out to be the best dancer I've ever had as far as ITC action goes. She didn't seem like an extras girl at all.

I've only had one incident with a dancer where a bouncer got involved, and I got a free drink from it so I'd say it worked out in my favor. As a bonus, she's now a regular. Long story....

The high mileage clubs are in Harvey, but if you're stuck in Chicago proper, I'd save my money for another city. I like Heavenly Bodies in Elk Grove Village (by O'Hare) but it's only topless. Still, mileage is to be had with the right girl, but no BJ's or FS. If you want a "real" club, the Harvey clubs are the only option.

I tell my regulars that if they need to leave my side to make money, go ahead. They like that I'm aware they're working. My regulars will hang with me for "free" sometimes, but also know i'm okay if they see a paycheck walk in the club. I get a lot of free time with dancers by not being too clingy.
