I said it once before.
the part that bothers me is that Brookhaven said they couldn't be bought. So Pink Pony took them to court and bought them... err rented them. It still would have been funny if they packed up there shit and move just outside of the shity limits. Brookhaven would have been out some funds over the past few years. They are fucking with the smoke shop / Adult toy store now. Notice they have not said anything about LIPS. ( I guess men dressed as women are ok).

Seen something like this happen.
Employee (CFO) at the employer told employee, "I gave you a raise don't tell anyone." Employee filed taxes and ended up on a lot of $$$ to the IRS. No raise she was reducing her with holding. Owner finds out and figures out CFO is on the take. She goes to jail and the IRS doesn't give a shit they want their money still and they wanted it yesterday.

I seem to recall that shortly after Traci Lords almost brought down the porn industry. There was some ruling that fictional stories where not the same as pictures and movies. This really scared the industry for a few years in my opinion. How much of that has change I don't know. Just the word "Date" at this point could probably cause problems.
But here it the flip to that. Say someone starts posting on a religious forum. First you would probably get a warning, then your account would get banned. Then your IP. (I forget what it is called and it maybe blocked now. It was a network protocol tied to info that allowed your connection to be I.D.) But if they really got tired of that person then they would just reporting them.
Still wondering when escorts will hit the dating sites. Just an interest, escorts were never my thing. but it piss me off when you chat it up with someone and then they hit you up. And I am laughing right now over all the nurses in Genea.
