I didn't say you should be a sheep, just that the idea won't work. Take the idea and develop into something that will work. If you disagree, go to the club and start taking pictures of the girls. Tell them it's for the download a stripped app and see how that works out for you.

Agreed, but many get off the plane and can't work legally. Where can you make that kind of money with basic English and no work visa.

I agree and it is also important to have an idea and try to evolve it into something that may work. That is why brainstorming can bring out great ideas. One person throws something out there and it develops into something different.
We can talk business all day bit not sure what this has to do with the dilemma....

It is always money, whether they need to support a family or want a LV bag. Most of the time, it is the economical imbalance between the US and their country. A Columbian dancer once told me that back home she has to fuck a guy for $20. So, a dance is no big deal in comparison.

It usually takes hundreds, maybe thousands of outside the box ideas before one takes off. Keep trying because this one would fail miserably because as almost everyone has mentioned, girls do not want to be viewed on a smartphone. Most dancers have a life outside the club and would not have their pictures posted. Maybe you could develop the app and market it in Asia.

I would think it can go either way, but not both. Either she pays the guy or she develops a real fake relationship and there would be sex with no cash.

Yeah, private messages are private. Looks like she probably overreacted, but she probably experienced some stuff here that was similar to her experiences at the club. A lot of people here don't respect other opinions. She explained her point of view based on her experiences and some appreciated it and others gave her a hard time. She obviously was blunt and some people can't handle it. I am NOT singling anyone out. One point she had was that people here should lighten up, this is supposed to be entertaining but it always turns confrontational.
I agree with the original statement, I don't think PM's should be public but I think it's a rookie mistake.

Keep it in my pants when I do OTC. If I were a stripper it would stand for I like big bucks and I can not lie.
First of all, it only takes them 3 minutes, maybe 4 to make $25 or three times minimum wage. Which at a $25/4 minute pace, they are making $375/hr. If we go with the 8pm to 4am shift, we are looking at $3000 a shift. So yes, at 3K a night, the average dancer can pick up all of her friends when their shift ends at McDonald's and get some steaks.

I understand analogies, but my experience here is that minimum wage is not an option in NY. Girls travel half way across the world, college educated and they didn't come here to serve Big Macs. If they aren't stripping, they get connected in their local community and work as a bartender or waitress for cash. It would be like moving to Italy to work in a pizzeria (analogy)

Agreed, $50 hour is pretty good considering it is really two songs. Here, girls keep all dance money, just have to cover their fixed costs, and keep half of their VIP.
I didn't get the peers working at McDonald's. NY strippers I know have friends that don't strip. They are working in bars and restaurants for decent money,

jerickson, why the comparison to McDonalds? I don't know anyone that could survive working at McDonalds and I would bet their peers aren't working there either. The last I looked, no Americans want to work there so making more than serving Big Macs cannot be the goal of a stripper

Rick,I do find it weird sometimes how some of the girls can be so good at marketing themselves and so bad at realizing they can cost themselves money by acting in a certain way. They can text you for days trying to get you there and do something stupid, someone mentioned talking to a girlfriend during a dance or texting at the bar. I realize that they are losing money because I may cut them off but they are so in the moment and care about what they make that shift. They don't realize that when they have a $200 Tuesday, it may because they turned me off and I didn't show.

I really don't think that a dancer goes to work trying to beat minimum wage or that they will work at McDonalds. Maybe Starbucks.
Girls have to work a full shift. They may know that they are making money off of one guy that night so they hang out the rest of the night. Sometimes dancers are burnt out over the hustle of one or two dances and they actually go to hang out with girlfriends and score one regular a night.

I have to agree that the dynamic in the club is complicated and you can't possibly know all of the circumstances. A girl my know that one of the other dancers made big money off of this guy last month, so she is putting time with him for a future score. She may know that a young guy is broke today but he usually blows a couple of hundred on payday.
Regulars have different habits, maybe they spend couple of thousand one night and then drop by after work for an hour and couple of drinks.
There were times I would receive a text, stop on my way home from work, sit for an hour and just leave some cash before I left. No dances or VIP.
Also, some girls are OK, with hanging out because they know a regular is coming later and they are guarenteed a decent night. They are just killing time with their friends. You all know a girl can score money quick when a regular arrives.

Wow, can't believe I missed this. I have a lot of experience with this because all strippers really like me.
Seriously, I think strippers may like them, but can't respect the regulars that they can manipulate easily. The guy that runs to the club when texted. The guys that show they have a life and drop by whenever, and leave. Kind of the same as dating.

The problem for young girls is that evertything about stripping ensures that they stay stripping. As mentioned before, little to no taxes. If they have kids, low income, single mother gets all tax credits, and all other subsidies.
The biggest problem is the fact that there is no resume experience so when they graduate, they can't possibly make enough money to leave so they keep going back. The job restricts and is a barrier from them to do anything else.

Lol, bitches be crazy was from the Heartbreak Kid with Ben Stiller, basically all women will drive you crazy at some point and make you shake you head with no way to see it coming. Doesn't matter if they are a stripper or lawyer or hairdresser.
My point "Even in the real world, they can lie, manipulate and Fuck you over." was basically saying don't be so paranoid about strippers, I hear so much negativity on this site but I have seen my friends have some pretty bad experiences with other women.
I think strippers and women in general are pretty awesome. It's the guys at the clubs that are pretty much douchebags.

I know a few that I would say are marriage material. I guess the main thing to understand is that bitches be crazy, inside or outside the club.
Just like I'm the real world, you can sit in a club and eliminate about 90% of the dancers. It only takes about 15 minutes to figure them out. The rest have to be filtered, because they have something different and it takes time to.figure out if you can trust them. Even in the real world, they can lie, manipulate and Fuck you over.

Although I agree with Papi Chulo about location, (in NY, you don't have to wait more than a minute for your jaw to drop), I think the key location problem is Costco which goes back to Stiletto's comment. I doubt that the Costo in Miami or Rio has women dressed the way you are expecting them to dress.
So, unless you sit at Costco with a stack of bills piled up next to your hot dog tray, the girls aren't concerned you getting a boner.

It is tough speculating because we don't know the context of the present. Some women will say it and not care, some will say it and then cut your dick off while you sleep and throw it out the car window. Others will say it and watch and maybe join in. I agree that any civilian will make it complicated. Unless you find a good hotel bar with a woman from out of town on a business trip looking for something anonymous, but even then understand that there is some guy and probably a couple of kids in the background.

It really depends on what part of the country you are talking about. In NYC, I would guess the majority of girls aren't doing extras. They make enough without it and guys get frustrated and bail after awhile but there are always more. I used to drive three or four of them home at closing and they all had live-in boyfriends or husbands.

There will be resistance to a 100% cashless society although there will be a push in this direction. More ways to track what we are doing as well as tax.
I would guestimate that 50% of dancers work for cash because they can't work legally.

Just a fat, creepy old pervert.
I think some of this is generational. Now tattoos are more mainstream, many office workers have them. They are usually hidden but very common. In the past, tattoos were judged more harshly in the business world. I agree that there will always be people that find them attractive or unattractive just like other attributes. I find extremely muscular women unattactive, others are turned off by implants. I am attracted to tattoos but if my girlfriend came home with a Mike Tylon like tattoo across her face, my opinion would probably change.
