PH Detroit might be done for
For what it is worth, both Penthouse and Coliseum used to post ads in the Metro Times. The Penthouse ads got pulled once they were forced to close. A week later, the Coliseum ads also stopped appearing in new issues of the Metro Times. Perhaps there really is going to be a closure in the not too distant future. It wouldn’t really surprise me given recent events of the past few years. As it is, it may not entirely be a bad thing, as it forces the talent to relocate. The clubs on 8 Mile may be closer for those of us who live in northern suburbs from Oakland or Macomb, but when I’ve gone to clubs recently, I’ve made the drive all the way down to the airport, and I suspect that is where most of us go by choice given the city of Detroit’s current fight against strip clubs.

Dumbest thing you've ever done with a stripper/custie
I once went bareback with a stripper. She didn’t have a condom and just simply said, “Just pull out before you cum”. Getting ITC extras was still fairly new for me, and since then I made sure to bring my own condom just in case I find myself in that situation again. Thankfully STD tests came back negative, and even more thankfully I don’t have a stripper baby.

Clubs in Wisconsin
I concur that nothing will happen at Silk, and nothing will happen at any of the Wisconsin Dells clubs either. I used to live in that area and visit those clubs semi-regularly. Looking through recent reviews of Silk Madison, it looks like their prices have gone up over the years. Then again, it is going on 7 years since I left that area and moved to Detroit.

I played a lot of video games in my 20’s, but nowadays, If I set aside an hour or two to play a game, it will be a retro classic like Super Mario Bros. or Sonic the Hedgehog.

What cologne are you wearing in 2019?
Funny you should mention, because this afternoon I sampled about 5 different fragrances at Macy’s. I’ve received the most compliments from strippers while wearing Dior Sauvage and Versace Eros. Between those two, I also regularly wear Sauvage to work and I get compliments from several co-workers, both female and male. I don’t wear Eros to work since it strictly is a nighttime/clubbing fragrance. The Sauvage I own is the Eau de Toilette. There is also a Sauvage Eau de Parfum that is almost identical to the Eau de Toilette, except it lasts longer. At least my nose didn’t notice much of a difference between the two. Among the fragrances I sampled today, I think Versace Eros Flame and Yves Saint Laurent Y Eau de Parfum would both draw a lot of compliments from strippers and civvies. On previous visits to Macy’s I’ve smelled Giorgio Armani Acqua Di Gio Profumo and Prada L’homme and I think both of those would get a ton of compliments as well.

Visiting Detroit in two week, best club for extras
Flight Club has the best talent, but if you do choose to go there, bring a thick stack of cash because a visit there ain’t cheap.

I give in to sin because you have to make this life livable
The Gym
I learned from either one of my football coaches or PE teachers back in high school that you shouldn’t work the same muscles on consecutive days, so that information is not new. I currently weight train 4 days a week, and do some type of cardio 7 days a week with my cardio sessions being very light on my 3 non-weight training days. My weight training workouts are broken down by specific muscle groups and I usually don’t work the same muscle twice in one week and instead do a heavy workload for each specific muscle once a week. If I wanted to, I could spread my weight-training workouts across 5 days a week and still only work each muscle group once.

The Gym
@Cristobal, I don’t think I am intimidated at all while I’m at the gym. I just don’t try to pick up girls while I’m there because my main priority actually is to get a workout in, and I plan intense workouts with very short rest periods between sets. While I’m working out, getting a date is the last thing on my mind. @CC, my gym does have machines that work hip abductors that are mostly only used by women, but they are positioned so they are facing the wall. It would be a major distraction if these machines weren’t facing the wall as the exercise is a movement that involves spreading the legs between an open and close position. If one of these girls is working out right next to me, it is because I am using a Smith machine and their using another Smith machine to the left or right of me. The Smith machine is basically a squat rack with a bar that is cable-controlled. It can be used for various exercises including bench-press, squat and deadlift.

The Gym
^^^ At my gym, there are a lot of girls in their early-to-mid 20’s with really hot bods that wear tight spandex and are getting in a booty workout. It is a common occurrence for them to choose a station right next to the one I’m using because it happens to be available. Having them right next to me is just a minor distraction. I still keep my focus my workout and will only subtly check them out between sets. While these girls most likely know they are being checked out, it doesn’t faze them one bit. They just focus on their workout, and actually work a lot harder than most of the dudes in the gym.

The Gym
I see lots of hotties at the gym I go to, and only half of them are doing cardio exercise. The other half actually do lift weights, but the majority are expectedly focused on doing the common female type of weight training exercises, focusing mostly on legs, glutes, lower back, abs, etc. The one constant that is that almost all of them have earbuds plugged into their phones. At least they are focused on their workouts. A lot of the dudes at my local gym rest 5 minutes between sets and play on their phones. It annoys me because I plan on doing workouts that are high-volume with short rest periods. But still, the one thing that almost everyone has in common at my gym is that there isn’t much socialization going on unless their your workout partner, or they are someone you know outside of the gym. I’m all honestly, while I do subtlety checkout the girls at the gym, and do find a lot of them to be attractive, I just focus on my workout. If I wanted to score a date, I’d go to a bar or nightclub instead.

[OT] Have you ever radically changed the quality of your diet?
This is what I’m currently taking, but I will be cycling off it in about a week. It has clinical doses of KSM-66 Ashwagandha, LJ100 Tongkat Ali, and PrimaVie Shilajit. https://www.amazon.com/FERODROX-Ultra-Premium-Testosterone-Ashwagandha-Shilajit/dp/B07BBWSZXK?ref_=bl_dp_s_mw_14682306011 It is one of the few test boosters on the market that takes an honest approach in its marketing. It doesn’t promise a huge monstrous increase in testosterone, along with huge muscle gains and sexual performance like a pornstar. Instead it promises to support healthy testosterone levels by regulating a healthy testosterone:cortisol balance and healthy testosterone:estrogen balance. I think it is effective at regulating cortisol as I don’t feel overly stressed while taking it. The price is also a bargain since other supplements sell for triple the price with the same patented ingredients. It can also be bought in store at The Vitamin Shoppe and some GNC locations.

As for supplements that do work, ashwagandha certainly is a good choice to supplement with, specifically the patented version KSM-66.

FTS, Shilajit is becoming a popular ingredient in testosterone boosters. I am currently taking a test booster that has 200mg of a patented form of shilajit known as PrimaVie. You can also get PrimaVie shilajit as a stand-alone supplement as well. As for its effectiveness, more scientific studies on humans are needed. As far as it’s safety, I would only supplement with the PrimaVie branded shilajit as it is put through a purification process to remove all the heavy metals and contaminants that could be in shilajit. Also, shilajit was banned in Canada for a while, but last I knew, Canadians do now have access to a few supplements that have PrimaVie shilajit.

[OT] Have you ever radically changed the quality of your diet?
I really wish all the data from nutrition studies of the past 15 years or so was available when I was 18 years old, which is when I first implemented a diet plan for weight loss. I’ve never tried any of the fad diets that get all the hype. There were times I made my own diet plan for weight loss where I had a very short list of foods I would eat 6 days a week, and then have a cheat day. A lot of this took place when I was in my 20’s. Now a days, I try to eat a balanced diet, but mostly source my foods from natural sources. I make sure I get in an adequate amount of protein, carbs and healthy fats. I don’t believe it is a good idea to severely limit your intake of any of the 3 essential macronutrients, even carbs. My protein sources are mostly egg whites, chicken breast, salmon, grass-fed steak (only once or twice per week) whole eggs (rarely) and whey protein shakes (after weight-training). My carb sources are oats, brown rice, sweet potatoes, bananas, blueberries and strawberries. I get healthy fats from nuts plus the meats I eat. I also make sure I get an adequate amount of fiber from sources like spinach, broccoli and cauliflower. I think I am eating the right foods, but figuring out the right macronutrient ratios for my goals is where it gets tough. One thing I do know about my body is that it tends to favor storing fat over building muscle. Just over 3 years ago, I was about 27% body fat before I decided to make lifestyle changes to get back on track. Today I am at 16% body fat, and my goals are to get that down in the 8-12% range, but also gain 5-10 pounds in the form of muscle. I’m still trying to figure out if it is even possible to build muscle and burn fat simultaneously. Most sources say you can only do one or the other, but not both at the same time. The thing is, while I still want to lose some stubborn body fat, I don’t want to lose any weight while I do it. Also, while I want to build muscle, the last time I tried a plan that focused on building muscle, I also gained a ton of fat, even while eating all the recommended foods to put on lean muscle mass. In all scenarios, I did have a balanced exercise routine that involves both weight-training and cardio.

Detroit Inflation
It has been almost a month since I’ve been to FC, but based on my last 2 visits, the reports about inflation at this club are very real. I have been able to get girls to negotiate down to $300, but that is usually after they start with an asking price of $400. If they are asking for $500, forget it, it isn’t worth it to try to get them as low as $300, at least in my experience. My favorite still gives me a reasonable price, but she wasn’t working during my last couple visits. If you do get them to agree to a lower prices, sometimes you will end up dealing with tactics that can be a boner-killer, such as a demand to pay upfront, or a demand for a tip afterwards. I have no idea what the tip-out is, but it must be insanely high, because I think $300 is very generous, especially considering that covers ~ 30 minutes in non-extras lapdances, and if you are getting extras, you may not even need the full 30 minutes, which obviously works out to be a better deal for the dancer.

New TUSCL feature ?
It sounds like a good idea, but if implemented, I would be tempted to hide almost every thread by a certain user who has a habit of writing 1000 word essays filled with nonsense, and likes to bump his own threads to the top. At that point, I might as well just block that specific user, but I choose not to because too many users here like to feed this troll, and it can make discussions hard to follow as users respond to this person’s posts. As it is, having to scroll past the threads that I don’t want to read isn’t that much of an annoyance to me, and I currently have no one on my block list.

Fake reviews
I saw those reviews pop up last night and knew that it had to be coordinated. I also had my doubts that DC was a legit member. Behind a computer, it is easy to give off a persona that is completely different than what you really are. Seriously, why would a real 21-year old male spend so much time on this site? Then again, if DC really is anything like the loser he portrayed himself to be, then I just answered my own question.

Millennials are cool
When the Millennial Generation begins is very much up for debate as several sources have differing opinions. Personally, I don’t believe it is accurate to group those born in the early to mid 1980’s as Millennials. I was born in the early 1980’s and I identify more with Generation X than I do with Millennials. I know several people my age who feel the same way.
