Anecdotally, the completely transitioned one I know had double Ds through augmentation. The one who didn't want implants was sitting atabout a B the last time I saw her. I think she said she'd been doing HRT for about 2 years at that point.

If she was fully transitioned, and maintaining hormones, I might not know. I know two TS strippers. Both of them are very feminine, and one has had her vaginoplasty (sp?) and it looks quite natural; if I hadn't already known she was trans, it wouldn't have occurred to me to question whether she was born female. She didn't do extras, so the question of "would I" is yet unanswered.
As for someone who still had her dick, probably not, though I might be tempted by a blowjob if she was good enough I guess.
As for those who say "I can always tell", I'm skeptical. Proper maintenance of hormone replacement therapy *will* change your metabolism with regard to contours and pheromones. In combination with other minor surgeries, such as shaving the Adam's Apple and laser hair removal, can result in a greater degree of femininity than some natural born women.
The other TS dancer I know has said that she won't be getting breast augmentation. She's going to depend on HRT to grow them. Though many TS women opt for augmentation to "jump start" the process, not all do.
Trans men can also be indistinguishable from those born male, for many of the same reasons.

Was sitting at the bar at one of the local clubs when I saw a co-worker come out of the VIP area, shortly followed by a dancer who was known for extras. I'm not convinced sugaring or stripper sex is gonna slow down much based any any increase in punishment.
We are fortunate here in KY that simple prostitution is a misdemeanor. In addition, the law explicitly states that one cannot be convicted or either prostitution or solicitation of same based on the testimony of another person. In other words, you have to admit it yourself. The only exception to that is if the prostitute or john is actually a cop with a wire.
Of course, that won't stop an *arrest*, but a good lawyer should be able to get you off if you keep your mouth shut. Which you should *always* do with cops anyway, no matter how small or large the crime is.

I think that's gonna be a tough sell for most of these girls. Aside from the fact that many of them would outright say, based on their own experience, "no it doesn't" or "not worth it."
For many of them, "long term" means a guy who wants to hold her down and get more for less over that long term. Not worth it unless what he wants is within her limits. For many, it's not.
