I have a few trans clients. One thing I have noticed is they all look "more feminine" from the front than their profile, which always seems masculine, no matter how they make themselves up. In all my traveling I see many transgender people. Mostly I see them working in retail or food service. Still, some things just baffle me. For example a man dressed as a woman with a pony tail and heavy makeup, who has the hips of a woman (so I’d assume they are taking hormone treatment), but then a full beard. If it weren’t for the beard or if I hadn’t heard their voice (very deep male voice) I would have never second guessed they were a woman, but they beard and a voice is kinda hard to avoid.

I guess the reality is there is a woman and a man, and that there are people that want to be somewhere in between a woman and a man and this is becoming more common everyday.

One thing that also throws me off is all these women getting Botox and procedures, IMO just makes their faces look more masculine making even the most feminine women look similar to a transgender person in the face. Example, there’s this realtor in my town with billboards everywhere. Back in the day she was an attractive woman. She’s had so much Botox and work done to her face I swear she could be Caitlyn Jenners twin now. I doubt when she started she wanted to end up looking like that but some women become obsessed with that shit just like women have constantly upgraded their boobs or butts to bigger sizes just to look like a cartoon character. If she was fully transitioned, and maintaining hormones, I might not know. I know two TS strippers. Both of them are very feminine, and one has had her vaginoplasty (sp?) and it looks quite natural; if I hadn't already known she was trans, it wouldn't have occurred to me to question whether she was born female. She didn't do extras, so the question of "would I" is yet unanswered.

As for those who say "I can always tell", I'm skeptical. Proper maintenance of hormone replacement therapy will change your metabolism with regard to contours and pheromones. In combination with other minor surgeries, such as shaving the Adam's Apple and laser hair removal, can result in a greater degree of femininity than some natural born women.

The other TS dancer I know has said that she won't be getting breast augmentation. She's going to depend on HRT to grow them. Though many TS women opt for augmentation to "jump start" the process, not all do.

Trans men can also be indistinguishable from those born male, for many of the same reasons.

Anecdotally, the completely transitioned one I know had double Ds through augmentation. The one who didn't want implants was sitting atabout a B the last time I saw her. I think she said she'd been doing HRT for about 2 years at that point.

Seems to me that several posters are trying to rationalize MTF TS as being equivalent to a female dancer with breast enhancements. IMO, a MTF TS passing themselves of as a female to paying hetero males is fraud, much like someone selling fake Rembrandt paintings, or counterfeit gold coins.
