Helpful suggestions on safety protocols. I assume that you can minimize your risk of being drugged (scopolamine) if you drink bottled/canned beverages and keep those drinks in sight.

Great read. You should post a travel guide for mongers. Thanks!

Since 1963 ...
I have participated in forums where names and details were included in reviews (anyone from Michigan recall Twosheds?) and I will admit that such information was useful in prioritizing dancers for private fun, with the understanding that YMMV. However, TUSCL has convinced me the disadvantages of naming names far outweigh the advantages so I haven't used names in many years.
However there is one exception that most of us agree on: If the dancer is clearly a ROB, I will use her stage name as a public service warning to other customers.

TUSCL opened my eyes (and wallet) to high mileage and extras clubs. I'd like to think that the TUSCL reviews might have encouraged a few clubs to tolerate dancers who provided extra services (after all, extras probably bring customer back to the club). But I have no firm evidence that TUSCL has nudged any clubs toward allowing extras services, other than my own propensity to select club that allow dancers to provide extra services.
I would assume that some dancers use TUSCL to a) identify clubs that match their personal values (e.g., clientele, mileage expectations) and b) to understand the expectations of male customers.
I did click on the stripper web link.... Is that site still activ?. Most of the content, including the reviews of specific clubs, seem to be out of date, by a decade or more.

I'm a fucking loser
For cold weather, joggers with side pockets and one or more back pockets.. A quarter zip, long sleeve pull over shirt. If the club has a not athletic gear dress code, I replace the joggers with soft fabric pants.
For warm weather, shorts and a golf shirt.
Commando-- always.

Like others, I would never disclose private information, such as what I did with X dancer and at what price point. However, if might be interesting to know why she was asking these questions.
At an extras-friendly club, I once had a dancer ask me if I had ever had a "session" with a particular dancer who was working that night. I told her that I did not answer questions like that but I asked her why she wanted to know. She told me that this particular dancer had taken some time off to treat an STI and she wanted to avoid any customers who might have been infected by the other dancer. This was. in the context of negotiating whether a BJ would be BBBJ or CBJ.
I still didn't answer her question but her rationale for asking the question made more sense to me.

Dress code might be a helpful item to add to the unofficial strip club review template (along with parking and admission costs, private dance costs, facilities and mileage).
But, a strictly enforced dress code is somewhat unusual and I've never encountered a suit or black tie policy. It is worth warning potential customers of a restrictive dress code. Shadowcat's suggestion is good: add it to the club description. But also mention it in a review of the club if you ever decide to go back.
By the way, what club was this? I've been refused admission to Flight Club (Inkster,MI) for wearing long athletic pants (joggers) and once for refusing to check my vest (it was cold!). But I've never heard of clubs that required suits and black ties.

Thanks for the explanation Ishmael. It still seems like a strange system that selectively targets strip clubs and bars.

Is there any evidence that the club caused or was negligent in the parking lot altercation? Or would this type of shut down only occur after a pattern of murders and altercations at a business?
Do we close down a bank branch (or a Dollar General store) that has experienced a robbery? What if it experiences a series of robberies? Do we close down an apartment complex if one of its residents is murdered?
I don't see the logic. Am I missing something?

Good overview! As a FYI, I've had pretty good luck at Subi's. Typically not many dancers but usually some decent talent at Subi's at a reasonable price point.
Dream Girls has been disappointing as for the talent. This is really too bad as the private dance facilities are excellent.
As noted above, prices have crept up, at some clubs to an unreasonable level.

Fat, drunk and stupid is no way to go through life
I've never been a big fan of horror and zombie movies. I've seen a few early horror movies, the shining (excellent), P=ycho (OK) and Hush, hush sweet Charolette. But I haven't been interested in the more recent horror genre that features zombies, Jason, etc. I suppose that a few of those might qualify as "semi-classics."

Anywhere there are Titties.
I do enjoy reading comments and questions on my club reviews, and I will often answer questions about the club. I'm a light weight compared to Muddy (500+ reviews) and a few other prolific club reviewers, but with over 200 reviews, it is a major investment of time to do very frequent re reads.
On rare occasion, I will re read a review if I'm considering a private dance with a dancer who I've previously written about. While I fully agree with the TUSCL guideline to NOT link dancer names to specific reports of sexual activity and fees, I sometimes wish that I had a more detailed record of my private dance adventure and costs.

Last time I visited FC, the dances were $25 per song (along with a $25 access fee to the "attendant"). Has anyone visited FC recently? Has the club has raised the per dance fee to $30 across the board or was this just the price for this particular dancer (I've certainly encountered dancers who set their own price)?

I certainly agree that we don't need any dick pics on this web site.
I also agree that porn is easy to find on the web. Nevertheless, I enjoy some of the erotic photos shared by LongBall, among others.
For those who argue that the TUSCL content should be restricted to strip clubs, have you noticed how much band width is devoted to political discussions, flame wars, advice seeking and Indian moving services? Good luck with restricting the content!
I also enjoy some of the humouus photos and memes, such as a few of the samples below. I know that porn is readily available. Is there a comparable web site for humorous photos? If not, what is the harm of having another photo forum to make I easy to browse (and discover) funny and erotic content?

You didn't give any names, so you could provide more details on the mileage in the private dance. "I was delighted with the level of touching...." is not very descriptive.

Good review. Sounds like you had a good time. Great! Two minor observations.
There is a $20 fee for using the small booths downstairs and a $40 fee for the larger booth. I'n not sure if you tipped the attendant $20 above and beyond the $20 fee.
$300 is reasonable (not great) depending on the services. But failing to negotiate costs and services prior to going to the private dance area can be a formula for conflict. Sounds like you were happy with the services and the price; glad it worked out for you.
