I remember when I lived in Omaha, my one buddy talked about going to the strip clubs in South Dakota during pheasant hunting season, which was odd because he's not a hunter. I couldn't tell you whether those clubs even exist today, much less how they are. @muddy- Pinehurst hosts the U.S. Open this year. The Masters is always in Augusta, GA.

There's no universal path to stripping every stripper has followed. It can be analogous to the porn industry. Most strippers are like to people who do one or two pornos and that's it. A few have careers that go into their 30's, like some porn stars. I've known at least three strippers who are like the Nina Hartley of stripping, in that they danced forever, just like Nina made porn forever. The oldest stripper I ever knew is like the porn star who only ever did GILF porn.

Amongst my neighbors when I was a kid were the Butt family. The mom's name was Shirley. There once was a mayor of Fort Wayne, IN named Harry Baals.

The one club that I know has an amateur night pretty much uses it as a way to hire new dancers. Most of the amateurs are really other clubs dancers. Hell, one time I went to it and they had two former dancers who danced there, but must have been on the outs for some reason.

There's a small room on the south side of the building near the stage that's $300 for half an hour, or at least that was what one of the dancers said. I saw someone go in there. I'm not saying it's popular, but it is there.

I only ever went in a group larger than 2 once. It was a bachelor party. It just felt weird. I always want to be the one served, and don't generally feel like sharing, but you have to in a bachelor party. I'll go with 1 other guy at times but we'll do our own thing, particularly if it's my one friend.

My initial thought was "They're all actresses, they hate all of us". Thinking about it a little more, it's reasonable to think some dislike all the customers and some dislike some. I wouldn't want to guess how many, though.

Broadly speaking, no, but certain dancers have been known to test my patience and sense of well being over time. There's also been a fair number who were better at the social aspect of their job than the physical aspect.

The great irony is that he was considered for The Terminator, but James Cameron didn't think he'd be believable as a killer.

I can certainly say for clubs that have pregnant dancers that the reason they have them is it's either them or no one. I remember seeing 3 in one night at a club with only about 10 dancers once.

I don't see the point of hating songs, fot the most part. It might be the wrong style or a musician you don't know, but if they have talent, who cares? Hearing the same thing over and over again, that gets tiring more than anything

I remember many years ago I went to one of my regular clubs on the night it was announced one of the bartenders died. You'd think the club was a morgue. After a lackluster dance from my favorite girl there, I just left for the club down the road.

It's generally my experience at Outer Limits you have to stage tip.

Then there's clubs in out-of-the-way locations. They could be good, but people on TUSCL don't generally live in those areas, so they don't check them out, so they don't get reviewed.

I don't have a specific outfit, but I try to avoid blue jeans. If it's hot enough outside, I wear shorts.

When I lived in the Omaha area, I'd go down to Hamburg, Iowa and visit the now-long-gone Shotgun Geniez. At one point in its history, they'd always have someone walking around nude the whole time. Later on, I believe it was generally the practice that the girl who just got off stage would stay naked til she got someone to buy a private dance off her. There were a couple other clubs (really just dive bars with strippers) within my experience where dancers would walk around topless. Nowadays, I don't know anywhere like this. Of the 3 clubs I have been to in the last year, 2 of them come to the stage via a door from their dressing room.

My old favorite club had a girl there who certainly thought she was a big fish in a small pond. She was by far the best looking girl there, at least of those there on a regular basis. She didn't end up the big fish in a small pond because she wouldn't do extras like most of the girls, which is why she ended up at the next club up the road.

I'm amused anyone mentioned the porn vending machine before you walk into the club.... FWIW, I much prefer the afternoon shift, in general, to the night shift.

I've known a couple who didn't want me touching their hair. The one girl, it can be said, is one of the more crazy dancers I ever met, as in she needed to get back on her meds. One of the silliest rules I encountered was the girl who didn't want me to touch one of her boobs. I could touch one, but not the other. She was a one and done.

Walking into a club, there were 3 I remember: 1. There was a club in small town Iowa 20+ years ago where I pull up and some teenagers with a camcorder decide they have to record who's going into the local strip club. I hope that footage has been burned. 2. Not actually a parking lot, but all the street walkers loitering around the entrances of the various Minneapolis clubs the one time I go to downtown Minneapolis. 3. My encounter with a drug dealer happened outside one of the clubs in Waterloo, Iowa.

There was one definite favorite I had who everyone at the club she worked at would tell me she's a lesbian. She seemed to be all right dancing for guys, though. Outside the strip club scene, I knew a lesbian couple once where both of them could and would have sex with men. It was an odd situation in retrospect, but it was clear they were devoted to each other. Riding the double dildo may get old after a while and then they need the real thing.

Shailynn- 48 states plus DC allow some form of gambling. The two that don't are Hawaii and Utah. Whether your favorite form of gambling is available in the state you're in is another question altogether.
