    More shit from Utah
"The federal court case comes down to intent, which the bill's sponsor, Rep. Jennifer Seelig, D-Salt Lake City, said is only aimed at targeting prostitutes." I guess it really depends on what one thinks is a prostitute and what actions are that of prostitution.

Expanding on Book Guy's notes, with some of the conversation, it sounds like conspiracy - how to hide it, how to obtain it, etc. I don't know if his poor friends and family were merely "putting up with it" or actively in the talk. Anyhow, I am glad I am not on his friends list!

Congress closes 'strip club loophole' for welfare recipients
"IMHO anyone using an ATM in 1 of those sites has a screw loose. Use your own Bank's ATM or cash a check at your Bank or withdraw from your Savings Acct at your Bank." A lot of these people don't have bank accounts...

Why not simply cut off the card if it is used in this way? Why promote more spending on already bankrupt states, not to mention more "lists."

Well, all the talk certainly signals something is going on. If someone wanders around saying "I got a bomb! I got a bomb!" they are going to attract attention too. I can't think of anything other than yelling Allahu Akbar that would attract authority and public attention any faster. It was this child shit that fucked up myspace.com - I don't think it is a mystery after word of child sex offenders were found on myspace that many people moved en-mass to facebook. Facebook, I am sure, learned from that myspace mistake and I am sure helps out all they can on the subject. But allow me to rant a little outside this subject area... I do think, that all those people who weakened the constitution on the 2nd amendment regarding gun ownership, the fourth amendment on searches in airports and drugs, and the 10th amendment by making nearly everything involving federal money or regulation, are going to regret the upcoming years with regard to weakening of the 1st amendment. Already there were attempts to withhold the journalist title and protection from bloggers. We all know about destroying the 1st amendment regarding strip clubs.

    Re Illinois pole tax.
I am betting there are more date rape incidents from regular night clubs than strip clubs.

    Losing respect for a stripper
Yea, just you. If women sleep around before marriage, are they just as disgusting? Why are some acts legal in some states, and worthy of a prostitution charge in others? Is a fully nude lap dance really prostitution? Or are you working from not a legal definition of prostitution but your own?

I watched my drinks more than the girls! Always water and I want the bottle top untouched or I watch it come off.

I don't think the outside of strip clubs are any worse than bars. Of course, many don't want their kids hanging out near bars either!

Go go dancers, but pretty much a legitimate dance club, I believe. Locals will probably try to shut it down for everyone because of the losers who "kept it real." The comments on the story... man.

    Should I avoid this stripper?
I'll bet the bouncers will remember that guy and not want him in the club. I am with everyone else so far, wouldn't worry about it.

Don't give you cell number to the club either.
By entering the contest they confirmed a business relationship with Tootsies. I don't think they have a chance in hell of winning their suit by that argument. However, the constant bombardment - maybe. Especially if they are burning up people's message counts that the recipient would have to pay for. Then it might be a form of harassment - but that would certainly be new ground. After all, commercials are shown repeatedly over and over more than once a day. Tootsies certainly blew it with over messaging though. People might have put up with once a week or a month - but not every day! They will never be able to use that form of advertising again.

    Why does this sound familiar....
Owners have stuck of for their companies - I have seen them in council meetings and such. Dancers... that is another story. Most don't want to be known as dancers. Most government action requires them to identify themselves by their real names. For all the guff-ah shown on the pink site, dancers do not stick up for themselves.

Probably covert/product placement advertising. Interesting though. Hope Mons Venus has a web server log analysis going on to determine if the advertising at least sent people to the internet.

I don't much care for Diablo Cody. But I really don't care for copyright infringement. Especially these days where the FBI is grabbing domains like a drunken sailor in a strip club grabs ass.

The Wrestler by far (though I admit I am a Gina Gershon fan so I'll admit to watching Showgirls with the sound off). The Wrestler was a very good story though. Something you youngin's can look forward to when its time to make changes.

Remember those news stories about strippers making big money at the ND oil boom
I don't believe that. You read in newspapers and see on TV that strippers make huge dollars and every day is a party! She's crazy. :)
