The only chance you have is after she leaves the business and starts getting her head on straight about relating to men.
Realize this might go on until she is 30. You need to figure out if you really want to invest YOUR years into this. Those years might be into something that is far more emotionally & sexually rewarding and drama free.

Thanks for posting things that make up a good web site. Next time I am asked to do one I will have a checklist. :)
I also think pictures of the building are important - kinda gives a sense if it is seedy and dangerous or upscale and expensive.
It would be nice if the dancers did so also, but I understand some of them want to keep what's in the club in the club.

Dancers don't like "nice" guys.
This is because they are "nice" to all the customers, while in the back of their mind they loath some and merely tolerate others.
Since they are "nice" they assume other people who are "nice" to them are also simply putting on a mask for them.
Find a despicable asshole and she knows he is for real. Perhaps, even a bit like her.

Gives whole new meaning to "paying protection" - but I think that is exactly what it would be. Locals try something, the state comes down on them for messing with tax revenue. Congress critters never want to eliminate taxes once they got them going - so they won't ever eliminate strip clubs. Or so the theory is I bet.

I think there are a couple of things no it.
Cognitive dissonance occurs when the person holds two opposite ideals at the same time. This forces the person into action. I suspect it may be that you are right, the white knight is uncomfortable with the interactions. But perhaps he is wounded to such a degree from some event that he cannot bring himself to change, so he focuses the change upon the dancer.
A psychologist in the humanist tradition may explain it as the white knight disregarding the dancer's current condition as immature to her potential. So, he wants her to reach her full potential - which is something greater than writhing around on a fella's lap. This is because this is all he knows of her - the white knight may not know of her going to school or hoarding money to open a small business.
An ego psychology psychologist may see it as a defense mechanism. It is an unconscious attempt to prevent a self-identification failure. IOW, the white knight cannot self-identify as a lustful person enjoying the charms of dancer he paid for attention. I mean, it's hard to accept one is paying a woman for attention rather than being "something more" and so the white knight appears.

Given how much cartons of cigarettes cost I can see how. I was in the grocery store behind someone who was buying cigarettes (I don't smoke) and the cashier quoted him $99 bucks! I was damnnnnnn!
