UAW asking for 46% over 5 years
I don’t begrudge UPS drivers - they do work hard. And who wants to fly with underpaid pilots…but c’mon….short term gains are gonna lead to long term pain for all

You could put a photo of Highland Park in the dictionary as the definition of White Flight.
With historical roots to both Ford and Chrysler, it’s population boomed to over 50,000 in the 20’s, 30’s and 40’s. After WW2, white flight began and the town experienced double digit population declines in each decade. Now the population is around only 8000 people. 95% African American. It has one of the highest crime rates in the nation and it’s has the highest percentage of residents living below the poverty line in the entire country (cities > 5000 ppl).
so on another words, this shooting is just another day in da hood. Feel bad for the female victim caught in the crossfire.

The only time I ever watched TPIR was back in the 70’s when I was home during summer vacation from school. Janice was an original model and I was a teenager in love.

Disappointed to hear this - this is the first new movie in years I’ve been anxious to see. I’ve read poor reviews on line - but figured they were written by the generations that grew up the “Fast and Furious” and MCU movies.
One reviewer cited “too much talking” - well that doesn’t bother me as “12 Angry Men” is in my top 5 films of all time.
I love historical films, especially the WW2 era, so I will still check it out once it hits streaming

Isn’t it time to do away with the non-conference games. With conferences being 16, 18, 20 teams in size, doesn’t it make sense to expand the conference schedule?
Maybe one preseason tune up non conference game, but the rest of the schedule should be filled with up with your mega conference brothers

On my Facebook news feed today for my new hometown of Dayton, Ohio there was an article about a businessman interested in converting an existing building to a strip club. A former Vice cop posted that there were at least a dozen clubs in Dayton but he and his partner shut them all down
There a 2 or 3 clubs in the suburbs but no clubs in the city. The Dayton MSA has over 800,000 people including a large Air Force base and two large universities. I would certainly think it could support a few decent clubs.
