shadowcat - gotta agree with you, just pure luck! The name of the game is who needs money and how quick. I do remember my 'road trip' last year to Oklahoma City, as I looked back at my reviews.

harrydave - First, I take offense to being called or considered a "fool".
Unless you're speaking of the "political fools" of Ohio, then I can agree with you. With that out of the way, "pity" as defined by a dictionary is representative of "misfortune or suffering of another". True, we in Ohio have the misfortune of having purist politicians in office, and we are going to be suffering from their decisions to try and close up topless/nude bars!
As far as Columbus is concerned, the law has been making the club owners strictly adhere to Ohio's "no touch law" in this vast city. Majority of the Columbus clubs are of the 'higher end' type clubs, big, classy, clean, and with beautiful dancers. If I were a club owner here, I'd have to tell the girls to forget about the 'no touch law' and make as much money as they can before September 4th, the time the new Ohio Bill 16 takes effect. As a club owner, I could see me "shutting" my doors on that day!
Ohio is not that large of a state, so I plan on hitting Indiana, West Virginia, and Kentucky for my clubbing.

Ahhhhh.... colonoscopy time again! Well CAT, good luck!
During my first colonscopy in 2005, they put me completely under, and the last thing I remember before "lights out" was this masked & garbed guy standing behind me with a "cattle prod" placed between my other set of lovely 'cheeks'. I woke up in a curtained off recovery area not feeling a thing! Results were negative thank goodness. The best part of a colonoscopy is getting to "shit" your brains out the night before while your trying to sleep!

Correction coming shadowcat.
The Pony originally opened up as Tiffany's. They stayed that way for years. Then new owners came in and named it PT's. About a year later, PT's sold out to new owners who named it The Pony.
Christie's Cabaret, as far as I can recall, had opened up as Christies and had been that way since.
Last I heard (word of mouth) about Memphis PP, is that plans for rennovation and a re-opening are in the plans. Timeframe unknown.
As far as The Tunica Caberet (note the intentional mis-spelling), I haven't called the bartender that worked there to find out the status, as of yet.
